I am once again begging people to realize that AI checker doesn’t work. it’s never worked. it’s notoriously known to have flagged human-made works as AI and AI-generated works as human-made. and by feeding it people’s works, you are feeding more works to AI, because apparently the machine itself is AI.

the only thing AI checker does is harm genuine artists and people in general too.

Yes! The AI checkers are also AI and learning just like any other AI. The more people use these checkers, the more it will learn and the more it learns the more it will flag real human writing as AI. Stop using AI checkers. They are just as bad as using AI to write.

#I've used AI checkers for my own work out of curiosity #and it's a hit and miss #It will say some of the silliest things are AI #especially if you use a lot of metaphors or just proper grammar #which is so rude because I came up with that banger of a metaphor with my own brain thank you very much #I think it's weird to accuse people of using AI with checkrs and it's weird that college professors rely on them to GRADE #especially if they use em dashes #I LOVE an em dash #I use them a lot in my writing #but after AI hit the market #I've been trying not to use them as much because of this and I hate it #let me have my em dash please
