ok so my mom knew I had a want to read list on an app

and my brother wanted to buy me books so she let him get into my phone

and he read my want to read list (there’s some nasty books 😺 I don’t pay attention to what I randomly add it’s just shit I saw getting popular and he saw everything.) and he bought me random books off of it and my mom is a book reader too so she recognized that same of the books he bought were straight up written porn (bc she’s read them) and so she took them away so I got three books, the silent patient, neon gods, and one called the book of azrael.

I’m mortified about the books though like seriously on the app it shows super popular books and I don’t look I just add them 😭😭
