The zoom chemistry haunts me every single day but I was rewatching the Tampa scene earlier and it finally dawned on me that their very first moments of knowing each other must have involved Hudson delivering the “It’s not just me, right?… You feel it too” line to Connor.

The fact that it was first said in a moment where they were as much Hudson/Connor as they were Shane/Ilya and that it was equally true in both contexts, it’s so beautifully perfect it makes my chest hurt a bit. I legitimately had to pause and take a moment to stare at the wall to try to recover from the thought (I never will).
