Hopefully you folks didn't fill up too much, because our next contestant to hit the field knows not only how to lay a mean knockout, but also a mean pastry treat! It's the wonderful Pumpkin who's finally hitting the scene!
Pumpkin is another Pugilist, but her focus instead isn't directly to damage but instead controlling the flow of recovery while in play! She can not only heal herself much more efficiently with her Treats, but also knows some Discipline that can be used to negate others from healing instead. She may be a bit slow compared to standard, but that is part of her kit as Preheat allows her to set-up late combos into her next turn to better plan ahead for that downside, so make sure you think ahead before making the perfect recipe of contestant takedown!

i used to be 'grape-soda-and-impish-behaviour' because i was drinking grape soda a lot and one of my main ocs at the time was called imp then i deactivated and came back as 'soda-imp' cause it was shorter yet still matched my purple theme and mood ^^
and then i changed it to 'soda-sprite' because my theme was sort of greenish with a fairycore vibe to it and my mood was more 'spritely' but i still liked soda and also still wanted to be recognisable to my moots so i kept the soda bit and i haven't changed it since!! :D
i've been thinking of changing it to soda-pop [what some of my moots call me and also the 'pop' bit matches my party theme] though... unsure! :]
Okay, so my real username wasn't actually supposed to be potatoanarchist, I made that up on a whim and I have a mind to change it. It was supposed to be Xaosix, and for a very personal reason.
To keep it as simple as possible for you, someone I knew died a while back. I had known them for my entire life--seriously, they were around since I was a baby. We had a nickname for them and that's why the six that's apart of my username. I'm not specifying what the nickname was.
The other part of my username is a reference to my mom's name. No, her name doesn't start with X. It starts with J, but I've decided to keep it as X to make a little XO sort of w/ the Xaosix. In case you can't see it

If I end up changing my user or online name twenty times and twenty times again, this is something that will always remain the same. It just...hits a bit different when people call me that instead of potato.
As for potatoanarchist...yeah, the reason is a tad sad, too. I've had this...mentality for the past few years that has proven to be incredibly detrimental. And I've always tried to get rid of it, like an anarchist would their government, but it's always felt too small. Like a potato. But then I smiled and got the idea that maybe I could make somebody smile with that username, a small thing ( a potato ) lightening their mood ( anarchist ). So I kept it.
You'll soon notice a lot of the decisions I make are born from personal experiences/ideas.

So when I first downloaded tumblr, I didn't know exactly what my user was gonna be at first
But then I got to thinking, I remember being really interested in the concept of karma, and I like creating stuff. Why not name myself karmacreatsstuff?
Ok so a long time ago I first started off with my name being "Koolrock" because my profile picture and banner used to be pebble until I made my Sona and gave her a star sweater and after that I made her star themed so I changed my username a lot I forgot some of them but I remember the name of my username once being "Koolstar" to "beautiful-space" and more but recently I now go online as Dreamzin-da-cloud so yea, that's how I got the username
So, Maki is just in general a very common nickname in my country. People have always called me Maki. In fact, it's very likely that people here are going to call you that if your name starts on M. However, Tumblr did not let me to use just Maki for my username. Therefore, I just put something random as well which happens to be the wizard for some reason and went: "Nah, it doesn't matter much. You have downloaded Tumblr just to follow some fella that has Dandy's World AUs. Surely you are not going to even post anything, right?" Yeah... About that... 😅

My name's Jaydyn, it was given to me by a now ex who frankly was kind of a really shitty person, because i have a hard time choosing names for anything for myself want something gender neutral but also not commonly spelled. Tragedeigh headass, ik...but now i've taken it and given it new meaning as my friends call me JayJay and Jaybird, which i like a lot more ^^ i also go by Nabito, but you can find the explanation for that in my username ;)
My username is a bit of a doozy though. I like Kpop and for those not in the know, there's a specific type of Paparazi like crowd called fansites that are frankly a little dangerous and strange, they'll follow the idols around, take high def pics with big ass cameras, and sell the pictures. They're the equivalent to sasaengs (NASTY stalker fans) sometimes and horrendous. There's a very infamous Jungkook of BTS fansite who is called Headliner that, at the time of me making my username, was threatening to harm him bodily on her social media for not looking her way or smth similar (mind you this woman is allegedly in her 40s-50s and has been his fansite since debut...he was 15 at the time. Currently he's 28.) so i had joked i needed to become a fansite, nor to follow the idols, no....to go and beat other fansite's ass. But i needed a name! Hence Nabito was born out of 나비 토끼 (nabi tokki), which are the Korean words for Butterfly and Rabbit respectively. Dex was later added on because of Pokedex due to Pokemon being a special interest, and the art part is because...well, this is my art blog! NabitoDex is my main username lol

Aldous grew up in a small village on the outskirts of Briar Valley. His Mother was growing ill and his father used most of his time and energy to take care of her. Whenever his father had the free time he often wrote stories and read them to Aldous. His mother did the best she could to sew her son new clothes as much as her declining health would let her.
All was peaceful until one day when some humans arrived in the village and broke in. They had broke in thinking they would find items of great value. They soon grew upset with the fact that Aldous’ family had been no better off than themselves. Angry they threatened to kill them all if they didn’t offer up Aldous and keep the whole situation hushed. Not wanting to lose her son, she guarded him with her life, using whatever magic she had left to keep him safe. His father was not in top form and at the peak of his exhaustion was reaching his blot limit with each spell he cast. It wasn’t long before Aldous was scooped up by his mother and dashed out of the house. His father had been consumed by blot and had overblotted. In the desperation of the escape the boy's brother lost her energy and fell, dropping her son as tears fell from her face. Her final words to him were, “It's not the race that determines someone as evil…it's a person's actions…” She closed her eyes and let go of her son, “Aldous run! Go get help!”
Aldous looked back seeing he father fall and a monster remain. He turned to run but was grabbed up by humans and taken away. The fae of the village put an end to the blot monster and assumed Aldous died when the house was destroyed. Between the chaos no one had paid mind to the fact he had been taken.
His days were spent being a house slave to the humans who ruined his life. He hated them, Growing up all the fae he had met had been kind to him. He convinced himself that humans were the problem with each passing day. At night he would dream of his mothers last words and startle awake. He fought an inside battle with himself. “How am I not supposed to hate them if all of the humans I have met have been monsters!” He scoffed to himself each time he remembered.
As each day passed the boy worked on his magic. It took him ages to gain enough focus to teach himself. Fighting with the lack of food and sleep the kid bottomed out left and right. This only upset his kidnappers even more. He would be beaten if he didn’t perform as expected. But as the years passed Aldous would outlive them. As they lived the lives of luxury with a fae doing all the heavy work, Aldous found it was the best time to strike. He was still but a child fae but the humans? They were old bastards now.
After he had taken care of the humans he had made his escape. He ran into the woods as far and as fast as his legs could carry him. After days of sleeping in the woods he soon heard the sound of what seemed to be a parent scolding child. He peered through the bushes to see three figures, One was a short fae and the two younger looking ones looked to be humans. The boy with silver hair had called the fae father, this fact had drawn him in. He then remembered his mothers words once more. The other boy with green hair had sensed Aldous’ presence and approached. From there Aldous made himself known thus ended in him being taken in by the fae who had been training the two boys.
Once Aldous came of age he was enrolled in Night Raven college. This is where he slowly learned exactly what his mother met when he made an unlikely friend…

Pumpkin, The Hospitable Baker!
One of the few members coming from the grand and mystical world of Eastolas, Pumpkin is a nekomatta (for those wanting simplicity, cat human) known for being an exceptional baker/chef as well as an exceptional motherly figure to those who need it. Having well gone through her own hardships and problems before being adopted into the role of chef for the Eastolas Royal Family, her top priority throughout it all hasn't changed, and that's to make sure no one she cares about has to face their own hardships without her help
Pumpkin is a bit of an interesting playstyle, being well rounded in most aspects but having abilities and cards that focus on not only healing but negating healing as well! You can even prioritize assisting others in the fight by healing them too either as a way to continue the chaos or maybe do some guilt tripping, or go the opposite route and stop others from using their healing tricks to ensure a deadly combo against them

Abilities:
Homemade | Replaces all instances of Heal in Pumpkin's Deck, acting as a multiplier that now heals back 2 health per icon, this healing also can be split between other fighters as well
No Touchies! | A chosen player will no longer be able to heal on their next turn, making any Heal icons they play do nothing, this goes away once their turn passes
