With your device, do you use a urethral insert? Can you use the insert if you clean it every week? I eventually want to buy from the company because I have a PA too, yet can't find any consistent answers on people's experiences with using the urethral insert long-term.

I have an optional urethral insert, but I strongly advise against using it more than a day at a time. In my experience they are way too uncomfortable for extended wear. It’s also easy to hurt yourself without knowing it because the inside of the urethra does not have pain sensors. It also can lead to infection like a catheter. Enjoy them now and then, but stick with a PA to keep yourself secure day-to-day, like I do.

How long can you keep the catheter plug in? Is it meant to be worn long term with the cage?

No, I don’t wear a plug. My daily cage has a 90deg bent barbell PA that locks thru the cage. I can piss through it while it keeps me 100% securely locked. I’ve used urethral tubes before and they are fun for a few hours, but dangerous for extended periods. Not to mention it’s impossible for me to sleep with a urethral tube.

Hi there. Not sure which cage you are referring to. Neither of us have cages called Titan. But if you’re referring to the cage I’ve been posting lots of pics of lately, that is the Full Crucible by @steelwerks. I take it off at least once a week for a good cleaning and it gets a thorough rinse in the shower each day. The PA locked through the cage for total security.

I like the steelworks with the screw lock. How do you find the security? Can yo wear it with tight jeans without an awkward lump like the holy trainer lump?

Security is as good as it gets. It requires the removal of 3 specially designed screws to remove my cage. @steelwerks is not intended for easy escape!

I have no issues wearing tight jeans and shorts. I just look a bit well endowed.
