New commission for August's Sire - the Tzimisce Lorekeeper Noor

The scalpel is one of their Touchstones since it was the main tool used against them by their soon-to-be Childe as he "interrogated" Noor whilst still an SI Deprogrammer. They're both a little sentimental in that way.
