the vast majority of time, unquestionably inside! although saying that, i’ve actually been enjoying going outside quite a lot recently because the weather has been quite nice!

I never had to seriously study in high school or college, and boy oh boy do those studying skills I never developed catch up to me every October when I have to prepare for the in training exam. I have come to the conclusion that I may actually be the worst studier in the entire world.

what are your plans for this summer?

the coming months are very uncertain right now, because of the pandemic and thus, postponing of all my exams. the only solid plan i have is to complete this JEE prep crash course i’m doing right now, and then give the actual exam, whenever it happens. besides academics, i really hope to explore and develop my dressing style this summer, and buy clothes that make me feel good about myself.

Hey y’all!! My new laptop arrived so I’ll be setting it up today and cleaning my room. I’ve paused from formal Italian studying except for Duolingo, listening to songs, and watching videos. If I finish everything today, I’ll probably start my other Italian workbook tomorrow! In the meantime, here’s a glimpse of my setup when I read my Roman Emperors book; I can’t function in a messy workspace so it’s usually just the book, my journal for notes, and two pens (one for writing notes, the other for writing my whimsical comments which are very necessary).

Anyways, I think it’s safe to say that I’m really loving this book and it’s kinda like watching a show, but there’s a new character every episode. By the way, I feel bad for these teenagers that had no choice but to become emperors and didn’t get to live out their lives. I’m looking at y’all, the legendary iconic cousins whose mothers and grandmother ruled the empire for them, Elagabalus and Alexander Severus. I hope y’all reading this are having a lovely week so far; I’m sending out all the love I can give!! 🤍✨

Math is definitely my worst subject so sitting down and making detailed summary notes is a must for me. And I find that making them neat and colourful helps to keep me from rushing through the it and better internalise the information.
