Happy Wednesday y’all!! I’m reading my mythology book again after a brief pause (where I read mythology retellings) and it’s been super fun and interesting! I’m almost finished with it, which is a bit sad, but I’m proud of myself too bcs it’s a huge book. I’ve read abt the Trojan War so many times through different books that it lowkey feels like I was there, haha. I always learn new and extra information though so it’s alright! Btw, I bought this bookmark a few months ago and I’m beyond obsessed with it. I have so much Patrochilles merch and I have no regrets. As for other updates, there’s not much; I’ve been watching more college vlogs, thinking a bit abt the new year and my goals, and just taking each day as it goes. where have i been, you ask? bar prep 24/7, baby!! well more like 24/7 dread about bar prep and only several hours of studying after calming myself down....... the only thing getting me through this tumultuous time is wearing cute shoes, drinking coffee, and using my cute new planner🌼

While in Trieste I couldn’t find any interesting English books, and so I was a bit annoyed that I wanted to read something but couldn’t. Then I realised that French books are an option too?? So I found this one from my tbr! Experiences like this make language learning struggles so worth it :’)

I’ve made a little tradition of reading a Florence/Tuscany related book while I’m there! Last year I enjoyed the (very wholesome) Diary of a Tuscan Bookshop, and this year I debated between these two :’)

02.05.2024 || I'm in the Alps for the long weekend and idk it's kinda weird to have such big mountains with snow and everything right in front of me... I've taken my master thesis here too and managed to write over a page already

And I have also became friends with a flock of hens!! Mountains are cool and stuff but the hens...!! :D

I’m finally done with all my finals, I feel so free so I went and got myself a book and biked around the nice part of the city.

I’m so excited to have a nice summer, before my roommate leaves for her hometown we are planning to go out and about and idk it just feels so nice to have someone to do stuff with, ha.

I’m planning to finish my course on the divine comedy finally! After having to pause it for school and work but I’m finally gonna have more time.

I also have planned to get in with my reading, I wanna eat up everything I have around my bookcase and all I can find on libby.
