you’re unable to drop your old story and that’s why you struggle with manifesting shifting.
so i know it’s been a long while since i posted a long little shifting help post but that’s because i been doing what i want! however, to this day i still get dms and comments asking why people aren’t shifting even though they’ve been using the law of assumption for x amount of months.
and it’s my personal belief that one of the biggest reasons is because while you’re using the law of assumption, you’re not using it to create your new reality but to cling to your old story.
you still haven’t moved past it. you still carry resentment. whether that be toward yourself for “failing,” toward time, toward other shifters who’ve gotten their results or led you “astray.” even toward shifting itself because it hasn’t happened in the way you’ve wanted it to yet.
you can’t make your new story click because underneath them are the assumptions: “i’ve been trying forever.” “i’m still here.” “why isn’t it working?” “i always end up waking up here.”
that is your story. that is what you’re actually identifying with. and every time you repeat it, you’re just giving it a stronger hold.
you try to start over and overwrite it, but the second something doesn’t go your way, you immediately return to the old story because it’s familiar to you. because it feels like home.
and your new story feels unnatural because you haven’t let yourself live there yet. you haven’t taken the time to heal the damage your old story dealt. it’s like placing brick over mold, thinking that simply covering it will take away the stench.
it doesn’t.
and before somebody says “but i’m saturating my mind with my new story x amount of times a day!” i’m not talking about repetition. i’m talking about identity.
who are you when you’re not affirming?
are you someone who micromanages your thoughts? always anxious about thinking the right things? always searching for a new method or direction? can never live in your present state for long without reverting back to something negative?
if so, it’s probably because you haven’t forgiven yourself yet.
a lot of you are trying to control every thought because you don’t trust yourself anymore. you think if you loosen your grip for even a second you’ll undo all your progress. but ask yourself why.
it’s because you’re still identifying with the version of you that “didn’t know better.” the version that spiraled. the version that thought drinking a gallon of water would be the key. the version that thought moving an inch could ruin everything.
you haven’t realized that person doesn’t need to be protected anymore.
that’s why you keep trying to control everything. control feels safe because if you’re always watching yourself, maybe you’ll never become that version of you again.
but conscious creation isn’t about controlling yourself every second of every day. it’s about trusting the identity you’ve chosen enough that you can free your thoughts. even if they’re negative. because you know, deep down, that they don’t matter.
so forgive yourself. that’s it.
forgive yourself for not knowing what you know now. forgive yourself for the months or years you spent feeling stuck. forgive yourself for every time you doubted yourself.
stop treating yourself like a lost cause.
stop trying to fight your old story and simply let it be old.
your past is not evidence. stop living like it is. choose the version of you that you know yourself to be. you don’t owe your old story loyalty just because you’ve spent a long time living it.
it’s served its purpose. now let it go.
that way when reality asks you: “who are you?”
you can stop answering with who you were.
Finally has full confidence that I could shift and manifest after a recent success and now am fully stuck on if I should focus on my XCX (Chaotic, Controversial American Girl Group—very famous/very American, very provocative), VIXEN (Regular Commercial Western Pop Girl Group), or my KPOP GG Dr 😄😄😄😄😄😄

Just successfully manifested one of my very small puppies (who’s a Shih Tzu) to be found after running away on the 4th of July (it’s currently the 7th). He’s less 2 miles away in a completely different neighborhood and apparently was scratching at their back door to get help 🥹!!
When I found out he ran away from fireworks straight into the woods in our backyard I was terrified for him because he’s so small and is obviously an inside puppy. My brother searched in the dark for 3/4 hours even walking to different neighborhoods and we never saw him. We searched days after that and even reported to nearby animal control and shelters and even put up posters around our neighborhood. Even my mother was worried and drove around yelling for him in our neighborhood and was sick about it thinking he could be trapped under a house or in a ditch stuck somewhere. Nothing for days. And last night I was the most worried and sad I’d been but I pulled myself together and went on LOATWT (they are straight to the point over there I love them), and decided that he was found already. I went to bed thinking things like: “He’s in a house. He’s safe. I don’t need to worry. Why would I even have these negative thoughts when he’s already safe an inside a house? He’s not outside shut the fuck up. It’s okay to sleep and get rest, because so is he and he’s safe.” And mind you I didn’t believe a SINGLE word I was saying. I was still upset while thinking these things. And also simultaneously having opposing thoughts. But I told myself none of that mattered because regardless of the intrusive or negative thoughts or emotions I had, my puppy was safe, in someone’s house, and perfectly fine.
Low and behold. This morning, literally 30 mins ago (around 9am), my mother calls me and says a family about 1.8 miles away has him (they’ve had him for over a day now) and gave him food and water and even a bath! THIS MORNING!!! My brother was super depressed since he was the one who took the dogs out back to use the bathroom which led to our puppy hearing the fireworks and running away. But now we know where he’s at and are going to be reunited later today!!
This isn’t my first manifestation technically. I’ve manifested better weather (we live in an area that is terrible during tornado season), people being kinder to me, a good peaceful day (lol), money (just a couple hundred when I was bored once), etc. But this was probably the first time of me being desperate since I’ve never lost a pet before and I was sincerely terrified for him because he’s so small. And yet, the night I DECIDED that he was found and safe, I successfully managed to manifest my ideal circumstance and I LITERALLY woke up to it.
Ngl, I always sort of thought people were lying or exaggerating, especially about overnight manifestations. But istg, after today my confidence to manifest has SKYROCKETED. I was slumped, worried and restless, and yet despite that, as soon as I simply made the decision regardless of what my emotions were, I woke up to call saying he was found.
Idk what my message is here, but pls. PLS. Never give up on your manifestation. And you 1000% CAN MANIFEST OVERNIGHT!! I didn’t even specify “he will be back tomorrow” or “when I wake up he will be here”. I simply said he was ALREADY found and he is CURRENTLY safe and sound. Not tomorrow. Not three weeks from now. But right now in this very moment.
I’m so fucking happy and now I’m excited because my faith and confidence in LOA is pretty much rejuvenated. I have been in a manifesting slump for YEARS! The last thing I successfully manifested was the new iPhone 13 Pro Max in 2022 btw. So yeah. Literal YEARS.
I just wanted to share this in case it would give someone hope out there. Pls don’t give up. Whatever you want or desire is ALREADY YOURS. Don’t worry about the how, or when or where. You don’t have to! It’s already yours! Right now!!!
How I manifest Now
I affirm only once. I know it’s done, so I don’t worry about it anymore. If my "manifestation"comes to mind, I just think, "Yeah it’s mine," and keep going with my day. I know I have what I want the same way I know my own name.
Things materialize really fast for me, even in the most urgent moments. I know that in the 3d world I might not see it yet, but the moment I affirm it, I already have it. I don’t care how or when it materializes, because it always does.
I have negative thoughts too, and sometimes I felt like giving up everything. But I realized that the more time I spend complaining, the more useless it is. (Hi to my past self who spent months complaining.) I don’t need that anymore. I know it’s already mine.

7 Day Non dualism challenge: living as awareness, starring u.
Roller up: life is not happening to you. it’s a movie projected on the screen of awareness…you are the screen, not the script.
For 7 days, we’ll step out of the “role” and rest as the director-less awareness behind it all. the bonus? desires are already part of the film; no chasing, just noticing they’re here.
Daily flow:
1. Scene (Task) = the focus practice
2. Subscene (Subtask) = stretch moments where the ego is the loudest
3. Director’s Notes (Optional but Advised) = reflections to deepen it

5. Nightly Reset = every night, falling asleep as pure self. no character, no attachments, infinite roles available. just awareness.
🎭 Day 1: The Actors Illusion
Theme: u are not your thoughts.
Scene: every time a thought/emotion arises, remind yourself “that’s the actor, not me.” watch the actor play its role and exit the stage.
Subscene: try this with strong emotions (anger, boredom, sadness). watch them perform, then bow out.

Theme: everything you perceive is you.
Scene: whisper/think: “that’s me” at people, random objects, and moments. let the walls between self and scene dissolve.
Subscene: do it with someone or something u usually dislike. see them as no different from u.
Directors Notes: what happened when u stopped seeing “others” or separation? how did it feel?
Tagline: “all is me. i am all.”
Nightly Reset: go to bed knowing all characters, props, and settings appear in u now. nothing is missing.

Theme: awareness is the constant background.
Scene: Pause 2-3 times today. close your eyes for 2-5 minutes (or how ever long u can). notice the silence under all sounds…the real soundtrack.
Subscene: try this in/near a noisy place (traffic, tv, conversation). watch the noise float in silence.
Directors Notes: did the silence ever leave, or only your attention?
Tagline: “silence is my home.”
Nightly Reset: drift to sleep in silence. no roles, just the quiet screen that holds infinite movies.
📼 Day 5: The Movie Game
Theme: you are the screen, not the story.
Scene: treat the whole day like a movie playing in your awareness. thoughts, chores, convos = just scenes in the screen. you = the screen
Subscene: when triggered, say: “just a scene in the movie.” or “not me.”
Directors Notes: how did life feel when u weren’t the main character?
Tagline: “i am the screen, not the drama.” or “i am the screen, not the story.”
Nightly Reset: as u fall asleep, remember: in the eternal now, the film can change this instant. any desire = already filmed, already yours.
📝 Day 6: Rewrite the Script
Theme: drop labels.
Scene: when something happens, don’t label it good/bad, big/small. say: “it just is.” let scenes roll without judgement. let the scenes be neutral appearance and live the day without labeling.
Subscene: do this with boring/frustrating tasks. notice the neutrality underneath.
Directors Notes: what happened when u didn’t label? did the scene feel lighter?

Theme: effortless being.
Scene: drop all practices. forget labels, seeking, trying. exist as awareness, effortless and natural.
Subscene: notice when the mind tries to “add another scene” or do something. let it dissolve.
Directors Notes: how did it feel when there was nothing left to achieve?
Tagline: “awareness is effortless.”
Nightly Reset: fade to the black. no actors, no roles; just the eternal awareness that is home.
End Tag: this a note on desires. whenever a desire comes up, instead of treating it like something missing, see it as a scene already on the reel. u don’t need to “get” it. it’s already filmed, already playing in awareness. just notice the eternal now is never lacking. everything exists now. only now exists. u are your desire therefore u already have it so technically it is not a desire anymore. enjoy <𝟑.
