hii! 26f here, seeking 25+ writers for a literate, discord-based, slightly niche brainworm that’s been rattling around the inside of my brain for days now.

i recently revisited the twilight saga for nostalgia’s sake (boo, boo, tomato, tomato—i know) and it’s left me craving something with a similar vibe. sluggish, cozy, “nothing ever happens here” pacific northwest town meets supernatural elements galore meets self-indulgent, angsty romance, framed in dark hues and rainy days. what i’m looking for is admittedly more of a vibe than an actual plot, but —

i’m hoping to double. we would each play a human against the other’s not-so-human love interest. i’ve been toying around with the idea of two siblings or best friends who stumble into this remote, slightly eerie but comfortable enough town for whatever reason (a fresh start, escaping their past—you catch my drift) and things snowball from there, but i’m open to spitballing and seeing what sticks.

like i mentioned before, i’m literate and discord-based. i can offer weekly (at least) replies, ooc chatter, potential friendship and lots of flexibility! i have two jobs on top of school, so i totally understand being busy and having to take breaks. again: i’m looking to double here, so we would each play two mains with side characters welcome, but i’m not interested in a traditional “you scratch my back, i scratch yours” set-up. i want us to both enjoy writing these characters with zero obligation attached to either side.
