so i’ve been reading a lot of social media aus on twitter and i decided to turn some of my favorite prompts into 1x1 plots. you can find the list to the tweets by clicking on the plot names (except for those i couldn’t find again), though they’re mostly in portuguese. tw: nsfw prompts, mentions of abuse.
plot #001: in which muse a is really insecure and struggles with their self-esteem, so muse b, their best friend, starts secretly sending notes with all the reasons to love them.
plot #002: a mumu where muse a and muse b are teenagers/young adults who start dating and eventually, when it’s serious enough, decide to hold a meal to meet each other’s families - muse c and muse d, who are both single parents. as muse a and muse b continue their life together and more events keep bringing them together, muse c and muse d find themselves drawn closer and closer to each other.
+plot #002.1: the same prompt, but with a twist - muse c and muse d already know each other, because they had a relationship in the past.
plot #003: muse a is stuck in an abusive relationship. muse b is the doctor who often treats muse a’s wounds.
plot #004: muse a is an exchange student who comes from a very traditionalist and homophobic family. due to a mistake, however, their host family turns out to be a gay couple - and their child, muse b (could also be turned into a mumu with the parents).
plot #005: muse a runs a nsfw account on twitter. muse b is one of the account’s biggest fans, not knowing their friend - muse a - is behind it.plot: muse a one day trips on memories of themselves with muse b, an old friend and crush with whom they’ve lost touch since them. missing them and hoping to maybe reach them again, muse a posts about them on social media.
plot #006: when muse a was a kid, muse b, their crush, proposed and stole a kiss, only to vanish and lose touch with muse a. on that same day, years afterwards, muse a tells their story on twitter, jokingly wishing them a “happy dating anniversary.” only they didn’t expect the tweet would reach muse b.plot: when muse a goes out to pick up their younger sibling at school, they find out about the kid they’re “dating” - who happens to be the child of muse b, a very attractive single parent.
plot #007: muse a is a celebrity and muse b is a fan with a very troubled personal life. muse b often dms muse a on twitter telling them about their day and ranting even, all while - and even because - they don’t believe muse a would ever read it. But ause a does and, when muse b sends them a worrying message, they can’t resist but to reply.
plot #008: muse a is a famous artist who decides to go undercover in a fan account to get to know their fans better. they come across muse b, a fan who writes fanfiction/social media aus about themselves and muse a.
plot #009: muse a can see everyone’s red string of fate, except their own.
plot #010: when you’re close enough to your soulmate, your red string of fate becomes not only visible, but tangible. muse a just can’t wait to meet their soulmate so maybe they’ll finally stop tripping on their string.
plot #011: soulmates can dream with each other’s past, present and/or future. one day, muse a, who had no previous knowledge of their soulmate, has a nightmare in which they see muse b dead.
plot #012: a few years after muse a’s unsolved murder, their best friend, muse b, finds themself back in time just a few weeks before their death.
plot #013: one day, muse a wakes up and finds themself to be in the future, seemingly married to their high school enemy, muse b.
