Name’s Nancy, and if ya couldn’t tell already this is a blog dedicated to my current fixation, Spooky Month. Whether it be art or me yammering, this blog will cover any almost topics related to the web series.

Alright enough beating around the bush, it’s time I tell you all what this is.

An AU in development since October 12th, Jolly Month (originally called the Switcharoo AU) is a Christmas themed Swap au where either good guys are replaced with bad guys or minor less significant characters replaced with more important or recurring ones. I never got to work on this before since 1) I was either busy with other things or I just didn’t have the motivation to work on this and 2) I kept changing around characters trying to decide who should be swapped with who to the point I had to resort to using fan characters to fill in the gaps for characters that didn’t have another character to be swapped with. But all that is in the past as I have found a way to make this AU WITHOUT the use of FCs and with al the roles decided. And incase ur thinking, “Nancy who the flipflapflop is which, what is why, and when is where?” I answer with this:

lila x frank?

I like Lila x Frank even if I’m not super into it because you have this caring but grounded mom who just wants the best for her son even if she’s not the most responsible parent, and this fresh-outta-jail dad who definitely teaches Skid that he should throw hands with his bullies, takes him out on joyrides and then gets scolded by Lila because she finds Frank to be irresponsible and thinks his way of raising Skid could turn him into a bad adult when he grows up. Like an angel and demon on shoulders kinda duo. The fact their canonical childhood friends makes this better

But there’s also the doomed potential where Frank has to keep his kidnapping business from Lila a secret lest she find out and have to sell him out to the cops.

Patty x Lila?

Just thought of a random ship

Deadlavender (or Liver motis as I call it for short) is one of my favourite ships since it’s quite interesting to me. On one hand they could be a cute pairing together because I can see them drinking together while Lila vents her sorrows to Patty, Patty being the more responsible and strict parent of the two..

But you gotta remember Lila’s son was messing around in the morgue, and she doesn’t do anything (from what we’ve seen) to discipline Skid for his misbehaviour. I don’t see Patty liking that in a romantic partner at all and even disliking her son for what he's done which Lila wouldn’t appreciate. I’m not saying that’s bad or anything, in fact it makes it far more interesting than just being a cute ship.

It’s going to be a busy month for me, but whatever I pump out I hope you’ll enjoy! Of course, the first one will be done first then the rest will come in a matter of what I’m interested in working on most.

COUNTER ATACK

wouldddd any of YOUR ocs hate any of my ocs?

Doing this with ur characters that I know of-

Speck: Speck h8z anybody (and that’s anybody) who loves her so-called “enemies” (I say that with quotes because her h8tred towards Jack and pretty much anybody except Roy is one-sided on her end). So she would unfairly h8 Penelope and Callum, but especially Callum since he thinks Jack is cool.

Nolan: Nolan’s too much of an antisocial loser to interact with anybody long enough to hate their guts. BUUUT- if they met Callum (who would be their younger brother since they both have the same dad) they’d heavily envy them since they believed Jack never saw or loved them as his child while Callum is clearly cherished by him.

Hal: Hal wouldn’t fully dislike any of ur characters because he’s a very nice person, but he’d definitely be bothered (and that’s at best) by Jinx and his persistence.

Olivia: Olivia would hate Mason to his core. She already h8z kids unless they’re like Susie where they’re mature and non-annoying so that's already one reason why she h8z him.

BUT ALSO- because she’d find him an irritating brat because of his rude front and tendency to be violatile, AND ALSO- because he still loves his serial killer dad who he believes was framed.

ANYWAYS, I think Cocoa would see Reverie as a comforting figure, though she believes she isn’t real and was made from her subconscious (even if it does feel like that isn’t the case sometimes..)
