＜Things to do before leaving London> Embark on an immersive theatre adventure created by Look Left, Look Right, where Cinderella, Prince Charming, Snow White, Fairy Godmother, Ugly Stepsisters and more fairy tale characters are in distress and you are here to save Christmas! This was part of my research for a final project for the Reporting the Arts class in NYUL. As I was led through Covent Garden by these lovely mythical characters, I can't help being fascinated by the theatre culture of this city.

Would You Have Coffee In A Urinal? Hunting for good cafes and tea rooms has become a weekly ritual for me and my roommate. This week, we came upon a unique coffee bar that stands in the middle of Foley Street. 'The Attendant', an abandoned-late-nineteenth-century-Victorian-toilet-turned-contemporary-coffee-bar, features great coffee, pastries as well as sandwiches. The original installations and historical feel of a old washroom is preserved while complying to sanitary standards. The urinals are turned into a small bar table where businessmen in suits sit for a casual meeting while couples cozy up to a good cup of flat white and a piece of sea-salt brownie. As bizarre as it sounds, it's in no way gross, believe me.

The aroma of Ceylon and Assam fills Store St. Expresso on this Monday afternoon. A little cafe right around the corner from NYUL. Packed but cozy. If only this isn't a mid-term week...

<Big Ben Clock Tower> Fifth day in London. And the city and its people continues to inspire me. Courtesy to NYUL's awesome orientation week activities, we were able to go on a panoramic coach tour around London. Can't wait to go back to each place and explore deeper!
