Everytime kapag hinahatid ako ng mama ko sa aming paaralan, they always said to me that I'm a mama's boy. At first, nagsisimula na akong mahihiya kapag sinasamahan ako ni mama sa paaralan, or keeping a distance from her when we're at school. Nevertheless, this situation give me an elightenment. I should never kahiya my mother, I should be blessed and grateful my mother giving her full support to catch on my dreams. In every mornings that my mom need to gising at bukang liwayway just to prepare our food so that we can eat before going to school; In every sweat that she gained after hinahatid at kuha niya ako sa school to secure my protection; And her smile by always supporting me disregarding of herself. I should love my mom and be blessed that I have one of it, I will paramdam sa kaniya of how I am grateful of her existence until in our very last moment of our life. I will hug her everyday to show how I care for her. And lastly, I will strive harder in life to see how big is the tree she planted it before.

It seems I agree on what the result the comes out from the site. Quality time is something treasure to me when it comes to building relationships with others. Through the time we bond, focus on each other, and away from distractions, it always makes us feel the tranquility of that person. Owing to the fact that as we manifest quality time, it will build as we call it memories.

Leadership needs also to reflect involves examining your current level of skills, your strengths, weaknesses, behavioral patterns, and how you seek to influence others. It is something that the leader how he/she influence his/her member by showing to them how good you are doing and organizing some task and fixing the problem directly that needed to be solved.

There is this statement that engraves in my heart what Ma'am said about how the principal answer that question. She said that it's ok to do some favor by not receiving any exchange because those people that needed your help to symbolize you as their light and you are their instruments to be able their problems to be fixed, we should be blessed since the true essence of being a leader is to serve, help, and love your people.
