For the record, actually, I didn’t. Before college kasi, i had so many crushes na pero mababaw lang and mostly anime at jdrama cutebois pa yun so my ideal guy was over the top ang criteria. The college happened, naculture shock ako kasi ang daming students, mas matanda sakin, from different places, etc. i was from a private school lang kasi na hanggang highschool lang ang meron so hindi ako sanay makakita ng mga older people kaysa sakin.
then, I saw him sa harap ng department namin and idk tumatak lang sakin. And believe it or not, marami rin akong crush dun sa school before ko siya naging bf. Hindi lang halata kasi i keep distance. As much as possible hindi ko pinapaalam kasi ayoko ng may lalapit sakin at hindi ako comfortable makipagusap. (Introvert) then one day lumapit siya to ask something. About freshman night. He is a fourth year na and the student council president ng department namin pala nung nagpakilala siya. So okay usap ganurn.
Long story short, lagi kami magkasama after class for practice, tanong about dun sa event, tips, assurance na may mag-aasikaso dun sa event. hatid sa kanto pasakay ng jeep. 1 month yun lagi ganun. Then even after event ganun pa rin. Hahaha
Mind you we’ve only met like 3 months palang. We also had the same circle of friends during that short period of time(from me first year students, second third to fourth year students) na sobrang saya lang kasama. Then on the 4th month sinagot ko sya. May bagyo nun. First time ko siya pinakilala sa mga friends ko sa LB.
Funny unbelievable events na nangyari:
hinahatid niya ko sa may amin sa sakayan, inaakbayan niya ako sa jeepney, pero tinatanggal ko lagi kasi hindi ako sanay. (Sorry naman lol)
Nagsasabi siya ng i love you pero sagot ko lang noon, thanks or thank you! *insert joey marquez lool* (2009 yun) Hindi ko pa maexpress or mafeel talaga yung love or hindi ko pa alam yung true meaning nung love dati kaya hindi ko yun masabi.
3 months after ko siya nasabihan ng ily. May hiya pa yun kasi hindi nga ako sanay na nagsasabi ng sweet words like that.
Kapag naman nagaaway kami, we had a simple rule. Di kami matutulog ng hindi naguusap about it at nagkakabati. Yung away namin magkakasagutan kami magkakalakasan ng boses pero after some hours before the day ends, maguusap ng mahinahon anong nangyari ganun. Basta hindi natagal ng isang araw yung away.
Nung sinagot ko kasi siya, nagclear kami ng mga things na dapat gawin if something worst happens like away. Advance kami magisip nun eh. Lol. Kasi we believe na kapag pinatagal, dun nagkaka distance sa inyong dalawa. Both of you will feel the need to share it with someone na maiintindihan kayo, like hahanap ka ng someone na feeling mo mavavalidate yung current feelings na nararamdaman mo. (Wow lalim noh) anyways.
