Itâs insane how out of touch movie critics are.
Critics are trash, electric boogaloo??
Anyway, I loved it

And you and this terrible toxic energy cannot harm me.
Someone remind me to make this a font
oh my gosh please, i so want this as a font!
Thanks for reminding me!
I finished making it, here's the link, because Tumblr won't let me directly upload font files to the text box
Also, just in case someone else wants to make their own version (Maybe they take issue with my kerning skills, which, fair), here is a cleaned version of the picture, for easy adjusting
Note - Weâve updated this post with more tools and clarifications!
Every day, there seem to be more reasons to break up with Google.
So weâve rounded up a bunch of privacy-centric alternatives for all your deGoogling needs.
Check out the full list over on the blog!

I've been resource gathering for YEARS so now I am going to share my dragons hoard
Floorplanner. Design and furnish a house for you to use for having a consistent background in your comic or anything! Free, you need an account, easy to use, and you can save multiple houses.
Comparing Heights. Input the heights of characters to see what the different is between them. Great for keeping consistency. Free.
Magma. Draw online with friends in real time. Great for practice or hanging out. Free, paid plan available, account preferred.
Smithsonian Open Access. Loads of free images. Free.
SketchDaily. Lots of pose references, massive library, is set on a timer so you can practice quick figure drawing. Free.
SculptGL. A sculpting tool which I am yet to master, but you should be able to make whatever 3d object you like with it. free.
Pexels. Free stock images. And the search engine is actually pretty good at pulling up what you want.
Figurosity. Great pose references, diverse body types, lots of "how to draw" videos directly on the site, the models are 3d and you can rotate the angle, but you can't make custom poses or edit body proportions. Free, account option, paid plans available.
Line of Action. More drawing references, this one also has a focus on expressions, hands/feet, animals, landscapes. Free.
Animal Photo. You pose a 3d skull model and select an animal species, and they give you a bunch of photo references for that animal at that angle. Super handy. Free.
Height Weight Chart. You ever see an OC listed as having a certain weight but then they look Wildly different than the number suggests? Well here's a site to avoid that! It shows real people at different weights and heights to give you a better idea of what these abstract numbers all look like. Free to use.
Skip Google for Research
As Google has worked to overtake the internet, its search algorithm has not just gotten worse. It has been designed to prioritize advertisers and popular pages often times excluding pages and content that better matches your search termsÂ
As a writer in need of information for my stories, I find this unacceptable. As a proponent of availability of information so the populace can actually educate itself, it is unforgivable.
Below is a concise list of useful research sites compiled by Edward Clark over on Facebook. I was familiar with some, but not all of these.
â
Google is so powerful that it âhidesâ other search systems from us. We just donât know the existence of most of them. Meanwhile, there are still a huge number of excellent searchers in the world who specialize in books, science, other smart information. Keep a list of sites you never heard of.
www.refseek.com - Academic Resource Search. More than a billion sources: encyclopedia, monographies, magazines.
www.worldcat.org - a search for the contents of 20 thousand worldwide libraries. Find out where lies the nearest rare book you need.
https://link.springer.com - access to more than 10 million scientific documents: books, articles, research protocols.
www.bioline.org.br is a library of scientific bioscience journals published in developing countries.
http://repec.org - volunteers from 102 countries have collected almost 4 million publications on economics and related science.
www.science.gov is an American state search engine on 2200+ scientific sites. More than 200 million articles are indexed.
www.pdfdrive.com is the largest website for free download of books in PDF format. Claiming over 225 million names.
www.base-search.net is one of the most powerful researches on academic studies texts. More than 100 million scientific documents, 70% of them are free

Adobe is going to spy on your projects. This is insane.
For general graphics: use GIMP For vector graphics: use Inkscape For drawing and illustration: use Krita For print and web publishing and design: use Penpot For PDF authoring: use LibreOffice For PDF reading and form filling: use Okular
All are free, open source and cross-platform. None use AI.

This aged poorly
Iâve been a little bored this season of d20 and I think I realized one of the reasons why, thereâs hardly any stakes in mismag2. Any wild or insane choice the players make can be reached by breaking stuff, everyoneâs extremely op, and they joke about if anyone dies they can just go back to the pissburg but honestly thatâs TRUE. Not even death is a real worry. It makes it a little hard to care about whatâs going on.

Reblog this post :) Especially if youâre on mobile, youâll lose the post if you click the link without thinking. Take a note from your elders before you
Interesting note: It definitely uses whoever you're following now, not at that date. Even the 2020 one includes a lot of people I was absolutely not following yet in Feb 2020, which is actually kind of cool, I can see what they were reblogging from this fandom before I got into it.
You know nobody on the college humor team has met a Mormon when they made Buddy so Evangelical coded and as an after thought made him look like a Mormon missionary, thinking they were the same thing

Unsleeping City theme >>>>>>> all other d20 theme songs
Despite it being one of the seasons filmed in lockdown, Mice and Murder is one of my top favourite d20 seasons. It was funny, it was emotional, it had complex character dynamics and the mechanic of texting the players in secret (and them texting eachother) was fun. Plus so many other things about it.
