A little work in progress video of my 'Coming Home' illustration. I've been wanting to create breakdown videos for my illustrations, so I put together this little video showing a few different stages of the piece. Cant believe it's the finale of #gameofthrones already. I just managed to finish my mother of dragons piece in time! Seriously going to miss the series when it finished entirely. Sharing a work in progress image of the World Tree from American Gods. My finished plan is to show roots burrowing into the 'underworld' on the right hand side and crows flying all over head, with one perched on a rock. There is also a hidden celtic knot in the centre of the tree. It's very much my interpretation of the tree, a bit of of folklore mixed with American Gods.

Working with Cubicle 7 to create illustrations for Adventures in Middle-Earth RPG. I really enjoyed illustrating these pieces, especially delving into the Elvish world as the explorer discovers the ruined history of his people.

Finally teasing a new painting my treehouse painting! I've loved creating all the details but it's still very much 'work in progress'. Hope to have it finished soon!

Just a little update first in the new year and a bit delayed! I worked on the Hands in the Sea Box Art for Knight Works Games. The theme was Roman Warships battling on stormy sea. Nothing quite so fun as painting stormy sky and rough sea!
