All of a sudden Sans and Komaeda come out and start singing "fingers in his ass." When komaeda gets to the chorus, someone else starts singing...

"Driving in my car, right after a beer."

Lights flash everywhere, and you see the fun gang singing "fingers in his ass" along with Sans & Komaeda, while asgore is singing "Driving in my car". Everyone in the crowd is going wild and crying. Then if things couldn't get any better, Spamton and Tenna walk onto stage and kiss, holding the gay flag.
