This was supposed to be a happy post about blissfully writing under autumn leaves, but then writing reality happened... read on if you need a laugh or to be reminded that there are people out there crazier than you. Having multiple POVs forces me to really think through all of the events from every side, and Iām glad for that. But Iām trying to wrap the last POV I had left in this beast, and this character realized something that made much of the next four chapters not make sense. I panicked, I laughed, I pulled my hair. Then I put my laptop back in my car and went for a walk around the pond to try to unknot my mess. I spent most of the first lap cursing at myself and drumming my fingers together. In the second lap, I figured out how to make things work, talking to myself all the while. Anyone who was at my local park this morning has to think there is something seriously wrong with me. I canāt argue with them. Plus side: if I make it a habit to power walk through my plot holes, I am going to be in such great shape! #writing #amwriting #writersofinstagram #writer #writerscommunity #writersofig #writerproblems https://www.instagram.com/p/CHOCYqIh2Tk/?igshid=1sn8rtbcy6171
