i desperately need to write more Watamomen fanfiction but my idea pool is. dry

#i also need to write more for Fuyu and Haru but i just haven't been writing-motivated lately #i blame it on Artfight taking all the creative juice and putting it toward art LOL

WATA AND MOMEN WANTED TO NAME THEIR THIRD KID "MAO" HOW DOES THE GAME KNOWWWW

#I ALREADY HAVE A MAO ON THE ISLAND GAME WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS NAME OUT OF ALL NAMES #i had to make them reconsider because i couldn't in good faith name the child Mao even if i planned to kick the child off the island #i can't make this up like oh my god how did this happen #ah yes we would like to name our child after our dear roommate who has never done anything to wrong us

me: ah i'm glad to have finally finished the lore and design for my Watamomen child based on the child they had in Tomodachi life. i'm sure nothing will change and i won't need to tweak or add anything

Momen: so i want to have another baby 👉👈

#if the baby is weird i'm not making another reference sheet for it #Nozomi is my adorable spoiled pampered only child i'll only accept his new sibling if they're also cute #once again another example of why i should never have children myself apparently i'd just ignore it if it's an ugly baby #Nozomi just happened to get both a really fitting name and a really cute look so he's now Real in my heart

ah i had a look at my documents and i forgot i wanted to write a MomenMao fic... but trying to write a fic for these two without spoilers for Seishoku is so hard...

#i already struggle trying to come up with ideas for short fics that include Momen and Wata where there's no major spoilers #a lot of my writing thoughts around both games i think mainly center around things that occur more toward the middle to ends #the alternate option is writing my Marcle!Mao AU but that's. even worse in terms of spoilers #waiting for the day an EN translation comes out for both games because Then i'll be very unashamed about spoilers #tbh there's no reason for me to hold out like this but i also don't want to accidentally spoil people on the EN side when there's no--#--accessible translation for them at the moment to go through before seeing my stuff #i'd rather wait until people can spend like 4 hours reading both games and THEN seeing my spoiler content #though also my content might not even fit the official EN translations if they come out hmm #i suppose that's another reason to wait just in case my thoughts don't fit the official EN translations

okay some updates for my ワクワク island (i have found the ability to cut these posts and will be taking full advantage of it):

- Wata and Momen might be having a child soon......we shall see......the Watamomen baby may become real (i think i'm going to be legally obligated to draw Watamomen parents after they have their child)

- the ZENO kids are finally all living together. for some reason Aki and Fuyu are still basically inseparable, but thankfully Fuyu has also decided to become best friends with Haru

- i also made it so that Fuyu floats when he walks which makes him look like a ghost. i find it hilarious whenever he walks right behind Haru because it looks like he's haunting Haru from beyond the grave (for context: the ZENO kids on this island are swapped versions where Haru and Fuyu were childhood friends and Haru killed Fuyu and feels incredibly guilty for it)

- i had Natsu go on a trip to Hawaii, and she decided to take her three best friends on the trip: Aki, Haru, and...Wata. not her brother, for some reason, but Wata

- i gave Tsuna the wedding dress outfit because it was the closest thing to an all-white outfit i could give her and she didn't like it

- somehow, Aki and Haru are STILL NOT FRIENDS???

- the BEST i've been able to do is make Aki REALLY want to become friends with Haru and make Haru only somewhat interested in being friends with Aki. these two live together and yet they really just refuse to become friends

- i gave Mao a bunny dress outfit. i thought it would be funny (it was and still is)

i still plan to add more MRTK kids to the island, possibly starting with Shinin because that's easy and then moving to White Rose. we'll see how many of those kids i'll end up adding because. there's a lot

UPDATE: WATA AND MOMEN HAD THEIR CHILD LIKE THREE HOURS AFTER THIS POST 🎊🎊🎊

i wanted to name the child after they were born, but Wata said they decided on the name "Nozomi" and i felt like it was too in-character for me to change that so. we now have the Watamomen love child Nozomi in the world. he has Momen's face and pupil shape and Wata's hair/eye colour. he also has an incredibly deep voice. it's very funny

i also think it's important to mention how much i wanted to cry when Wata revealed their son to me. i need to call myself out on this i am WEAK for these two having a child

#Mao right next door to them was having a problem immediately after the child sequence and i was like what exactly could your problem be /s #i wonder why Mao would have any kind of issue with this /s #it's also amusing to me how Wata and Momen having a biological child that shares their features is the most impossible thing #i cannot provide a single logical explanation for this simply because Momen is literally asexual #sheer will and the power of love i guess

#i can't manage to properly and coherently ramble about these two but #if anyone out there likes their dynamic please find me and talk to me because they keep taking up so much brainspace #underrated duo that needs to be discussed more #i mean also in general. rise up Fuyu enjoyers because a lot of my liking of these two is also Fuyu brainrot #this fandom has to stop sleeping on the potential friendship between man who wants Aki dead and man who wants Aki dead #i will preach my religion to anyone willing to listen and i will convert anyone willing t be converted

Momen wanted Mao to move in with them and if トモコレ gave me the option to separate them and Wata i would've been so tempted to do it for Drama purposes (Mao is officially a third wheel in the Watamomen household)

#i literally named Momen and Wata's house モメワタ and when Mao moved in with them i didn't change it #i need drama to happen between him and Wata but they're such good friends and i don't know if there's a way for me to stir drama #this is NOT canon at all LMAO honestly this is also funny

i finally got Wata and Momen to get married, added Mao to my island, and then made Mao and Momen specifically become friends because i like to watch the world burn

Update: Wata and Mao are now friends and at some point i think Wata introduced Mao and Natsu together so they now have a friend trio with each other

i think things have backfired horribly on this island

#for some extra context: Natsu sees Wata as her best friend and he's the highest on her list #he's above Haru who is literally labeled as irreplaceable to her and is literally her sibling #Natsu was also Wata's wingman the entire time he had a crush on Momen and listened to his dumb love songs #the Natsu and Wata friendship arc into the Natsu and Mao friendship arc was very unexpected

i really need to remember to draw Natsu in her トモコレ outfits eventually she's so cute,,,,,,

#i keep losing my mind everytime i see her because she's so adorable #the cutest resident on the entire island goes to Ushirono Natsu #she also has the cutest voice akabsknskd #i also didn't realize residents could call you something else and Natsu was the first to do so and she keeps talking directly to me #this is like father simulator the game to me i get to be Natsu's dad this is mt dream

i added Tsuna and Sango to my island and i'm fighting for my life choosing which versions of them to use for which things

#i decided to mainly lean LBT for decisions but man i really struggled on whether or not to make Sango Tsuna's younger or older sibling #like their age is too ambiguous in both games i think #in fact i didn't know whether to make them an adult or child but i just made them an adult cause that's the easier option #also they don't have a sexuality so it doesn't make much of a difference #***LTB in the first tag whoops i can't spell

also Natsu&Haru and Fuyu&Aki are living together but they aren't all together yet. i think Haru attempted to get Aki to live with him and Natsu but Aki wasn't having any of it. Fuyu and Aki just keep hanging out with each other so i've been struggling to get their relationship higher with either Natsu or Haru

#i think Natsu and Fuyu have the lowest relationship out of all of them which is hilarious when i think they're the strongest duo canonically #like everything is backwards in who should have the strongest and weakest relationships #also these are my AU versions of them where Fuyu and Aki never meet and yet they're besties right now what is wrong w/ them

it's Haru's birthday. have i ever talked about my conspiracy theory idea that Haru without his ZENO symptoms enjoys dark media and doesn't know how to feel about this

basically the idea is that Haru enjoys dark media -- "dark" being just...stuff that's violent in nature. it doesn't have to be anything extreme, it's just that Haru likes things that touch on darker subjects or has gruesome scenes in them (like books or movies) and finds them comforting, but is simultaneously disturbed by the fact that he enjoys them far more compared to more "normal" things

i think after everything Haru's done, he probably wouldn't be happy about the fact that he's "closer" to that part of himself than he wants to believe, but he doesn't consume darker media out of the kind of enjoyment he had toward violence through ZENO. i think he'd also find it shameful and wouldn't want anyone else to know about it since he might be worried that they'd think he's consuming that kind of content for "morally wrong" reasons

#i strongly believe Haru as he naturally is would not be innocent with or without ZENO #i think we see it pretty well when he has amnesia #i always thought that Aki's reactions felt much more realistic for their situation compared to Haru who was constantly not just--#--level-headed but optimistic to the point that even Aki pointed it out multiple times #it's not because he's naive or anything #it's because his emotions are irregular #in this essay about Tsugino Kuro Haru i will--#why did my line spacing change???

am i legally obligated to write fanfiction about Wata pining for Momen with Natsu being his wingman after what happened on my わくわくisland

#this has been a really funny and also frustrating experience watching these two pine for each other #the aromantic nightmare of having to be a matchmaker

oh yeah speaking of Fuyu&Haru, idk what's going on with the sudden boom with my FH stuff but hey i'm always happy to see people enjoying my content

#people enjoying my NH and FH stuff in particular always makes me the happiest #both of these dynamics mean a lot to me and i adore them so much #i feel like there's not that many people who like FH or even NH so seeing people who like either is a great joy #that being said i'm the only NH enjoyer out there so i don't really get any dopamine since uh...i'm the only one #but hello FH enjoyers i love my tranference duo #i desperately wanna write more especially with Akiharu and Fuyuaki included cause i love their dynamics w/ FH #FH in combination with those two are always very fun

me: i could talk about Natsu&Haru and Fuyu&Haru for days on end if someone let me

also me: what do i like about them... hm... an interesting question......

#i couldn't explain why i like them in such a short amount of time #i can talk about these two dynamics but only if i have at minimum an hour to explain myself and all the thoughts i have in my head #i could say it's because of the parallels but then i would have to explain the parallels and well. we'd be here for twelve hours
