Yep. I'm back. Been a while since I made a DBD Concept but hey, here we are. I'll make this quick.
I think you can guess who will be the killer.
If you think it's Jack, this would've been a parody considering he's made to be a comic relief kind of villain.
Meet...
The Harbinger.
(If you don't know what that means, a person or thing that foreshadows a future event. In this case, survivor's death. The Harbinger of Death.)
In the realm of the entity, it needed another stronger killer at their disposal considering the number of survivors are rising and getting smarter and more familiar with the trials. So what better way to set fear to have Death himself to chase them. In the entity's universe, after Death's departure, he comes across the fog. Thinking not much of it, he proceeds only to be met in an unknown environment with a being he never recognized. He tried to fight but to no avail because, of course, the entity is an entirely different being than Death. When fighting didn't work, he tried to escape, only to find that he was trapped, for good. Death tried to think of something but the Entity only told him that there was no way out and no way of beating something as beyond death, an unknown eldritch being with powers beyond his comprehension. With no other choice, he had to follow the Entity's wishes. While he has the pleasure playing with those who opposed Death, he was never the one who'll do mindless killing. But nonetheless, he now has to do it.
The Harbinger's Ability: "Presence of Death"
Special Ability: Erie Melody
When this ability is active, The Harbinger whistles around the area while having his terror radius increase from 45m to 60m. While whistling, those who are within his terror radius would hear his whistle echoing, however he will lose his ability to run as he will become a stalking killer.
Hearing his whistle will fill up a hook shaped gauge on the survivor HUD. The louder you hear his whistle, the faster the gauge will fill up, being the loudest can fill the gauge in 30 seconds while the faintest whistle will only fill the gauge in about 100 seconds.
Special Ability: Paranoia
The gauge on the survivor HUD will carry various effects depending on its amount.
• ⅓ of the amount: Survivors' heartbeats will beat loudly, and wihear his whistle echoing loudly, it can disorientate sound cues such as notifications or killer's footsteps.
• ½ of the amount: Survivors' vision gets darkened, they won't be able to see any notification such as a downed teammate, gen progress, etc. Any survivor with perks that gives then any indicators are disabled during the ½ gauge point until that gauge point has gone down or is empty.
• ⅔ of the amount: Any Survivor progress is slowed by 10% to 20%. Anything that has to do with progression is slowed such as gen repairs, healing, unhooking, etc. These effects won't disappear until the gauge is below ⅔ or empty.
• Full Gauge: Whenever the Harbinger whistles, Survivor Aura is revealed within his radius. As soon as he stops whistling, survivor aura will last about 3 seconds before disappearing. He can still give that effect whenever he whistles and if the survivor is in Full Gauge.
In order for survivors to reduce the gauge, simply by healing, being away from the Harbinger's radius, flashing a light to the killer, or with the perk "One-Two-Three-Four!", will slowly reduce the gauge. Anything to keep their sanity in check.
Special Ability: Wolf Hunt
Whenever this ability is active, he will run with his two scythes at hand, dashing at any direction to give a lethal blow. However, this ability is dependent on his Erie Melody as if he attacks a survivor with gauge that's not full, it'll only deal damage as if it's a normal attack, but it won't down a survivor. However, if the survivor is at Full Gauge, he can instantly down a survivor regardless of their state.
The Harbinger's Perks:
Scourge Hook: Wasted Life.
At the start of the trial, 4 random hooks become Scourge Hooks.
When a Survivor is unhooked from a Scourge Hook:
They suffer from the Oblivious status effect for 40/50/60 seconds. If they are not healed during this time, they become Exposed for 20 seconds after the Oblivious effect ends.
Scent of Fear.
One Survivor becomes the Obsession.
Whenever the Obsession loses a health state:
•Gain a token, up to 4/5/6 tokens.
•Each token increases your movement speed while chasing the Obsession by 1%.
When the Obsession dies or is sacrificed:
Inevitable
•All remaining Survivors scream and reveal their location for 3 seconds.
Each time a Survivor escapes a chase after being chased for at least 20 seconds, they gain an Inevitable token.
When a Survivor reaches 3 tokens:
•Their aura is revealed for 4/5/6 seconds.
•They become Exhausted for 20 seconds.
•Their tokens are then reset to 0.
This perk can only trigger once every 40 seconds per Survivor.

In my free time while doing my Overblot Beast, I also went ahead tracing NRC dorm logos since they are VERY low on resolution.
Gonna say this one to consider, I tried my best to make out of what the logo shows since tracing this in low pixel is NOT fun. I had to make some guesses on what some things are. Also, I'm just doing this because I don't see any clear pngs with the logos so I figured I'd do it myself during free time. But some may not be 100% accurate, but hey. I did my best.

Anyways
Like I said, it's been awhile since I lasted posted, but then again, I already said I'll post out of the blue, so here I am.
So, while on free time, I've been doing some drawings as habit, and one came up when to my mind while watching Twisted Wondering (Couldn't play it since it's not available on my country and owning a VPN would just mean losing college funds). I was very fascinated about the concept of Overblot, specifically, the Overblot Beast that represents the character. I love how they integrated the Disney villains into something "twisted" (HAHA GET IT WINK WINK NUDGE NUDGE) and ragged like an over stitched up doll. It made me look up to fan projects of someone's Overblot oc's, and wow I just love the concept they come up with.
At this point, that made me think, "What if this Overblot creations isn't just extended to Disney franchises?" I want to create something that isn't just limited to one franchise. I mean, with a little imagination, it can go REALLY far l. Like a video game franchise, which is the one I made, and make your oc based on that game. And man I have a lot.
But enough of that tangent. I made an Overblot Beast, though the OC isn't created, at least not yet but that would be depending on my mood if I feel like making one, but here's mine anyways.

This is my Overblot Beast.
Based on:
The OneShot protagonist, Niko.
The Guardian (More like Biblically Accurate) Angel that guides and protects from above, Us, the Player.
The many eyes that watches over everything, The World Machine and Us, the Player.
The illustrations of @ThatOneVilzo from Twitter of Niko illustrated as an angel entity with wings and many eyes.
The Head is based off of the Niko's Lightbulb, the Sun. You can see the screw cap in-between the ears.
Overblot Trigger: Too much weight on their shoulder to make the choice if they either do it for their friends, or do it for themselves, which is based on Niko's choice of Saving the world by Returning the Sun, or Saving themselves and Returning home by breaking it instead.
The breaking point is the Realization. Realizing that no matter what they choose, someone suffers because of them. The crushing guilt from being unable to choose and save everyone, combined with isolation and the belief that they alone are responsible.
I still haven't come up with my OC yet so everything is a blank slate. And I think I put too much eyes, but hey, already done it so why not?

So there's a reason why I haven't posted for some time now is because 1; I don't post something without an Idea. And 2; Time is REALLY short if you're at college, especially in the 3rd year. So I'm just gonna say that I won't announce when will I post or if I will post, I'll just do it with no announcements or any warnings. Just post, do something, that's it. Tell me who is your pick in your own personal opinion and why. I want to hear your thoughts on this concept.
We all know that DBD just opened to a new world of potential killers, we have Ken Kaneki as proof of that. Some may disagree to it's inclusion, maybe even this concept I'm about to discuss, but that's just the way it is. Some people will see it as not fitting and some will like the idea. And I'm just here to speak out my idea that may already have been thought off by someone, but it's my interpretation. If GLITCH and Dead By Daylight collaborated, it'll be a dream come true and here's my interpretation of the new killer. (Perk Icons are now here because photo limit sucks. Especially when you're too poor to buy premium or just a cheapskate. Not judging btw, understandable considering the price per month, like the hell's with that price!? Per month!? Really!?)
New Killer: The Solver.
In the DBD universe, The Entity watched the whole actions of Cyn when she lured Uzi and N in the chapel and revealed herself to be Cyn wearing Tessa's corpse and the outcome of her accomplishment, The Entity was intrigued and waited for the right moment to unleash the fog and bring Cyn in, and that moment is where Cyn awakens within the depths of Copper-9, taking her at her peak power. Cyn, confused by the sudden fog and environmental changes, was surprised by The Entity striking a deal to participate in the trials to kill and feed on survivors in exchange for power, sustenance, and immunity to uv rays, which Cyn agrees and becomes a new member of the roster (Knowing Cyn, she'll just bluntly say "sure" and becomes one of the rosters).
The Solver's Ability: "Get Snuck Upon."
Special Ability: Holograms.
Cyn can send a one-use drone core that creates ai holograms of the survivors, furthest from the killer, doing a certain task such as repairing gens, blessing/cleansing totems, or roaming and running around.
Cyn can also make holograms of herself with terror radius to trick survivors, but the general usage of the holograms are maxed out to three (3) and have a duration of about fifty to sixty seconds (50-60 sec) with the cooldown of ten seconds (10 sec), and if used more than three times, it'll replace the oldest hologram for Cyn to make a new one.
If a survivor comes into contact with one of these holograms, they'll be injured and immobile by Cyn's claw/pincer appendages for about two to three seconds. Holograms and survivors trapped in Cyn's appendages can be dealt with flashlights or pallets if near enough, but those who get caught by Cyn's holograms will be inflicted with the "Nanite Infection".
Special Ability: Cutting Leap.
Cyn will do a small leap that uses one of her appendages (Claw/Pincer/Tendril) to infect the survivors with the cost of both the leap and hologram on cooldown for ten seconds (10 sec).
When she leaps to a window or pallet, she'll automatically vault and cancel her attack, bringing it to a cooldown.
Cutting Leap can injure a survivor, but not down them entirely. Successfully hitting with the leap will cause the survivor to be inflicted with the "Nanite Infection".
Special Ability: Nanite Infection
Nanite Infection can only be active when a survivor gets caught by Cyn's appendages or Cyn's cutting leap.
The Nanite Infection can be stacked up to four (4) times, indicated by four (4) bars around the survivor's hud.
For the Nanite Infection to be cleared out, a survivor has to be in the dying state while healing only takes out one.
1 Bar - Survivors will be slowed down by five percent (5%) along with action speed such as running and vaulting.
2 Bars - The debuff will be stacked to ten percent (10%) but with the addition of the "Oblivious" status effect for ten seconds (10 sec).
3 Bars - Survivors are now experiencing hallucinations such as fake pallets and random footsteps, causing them to question what's real and what's not.
4 Bars - Survivors will now hear Cyn's iconic voice line "Callback Ping" randomly with text boxes that partially obscure the survivor's vision. It can sometimes often as they start experiencing their body acting on their own like getting inside lockers when nearby or automatically vaulting or dropping a pallet when nearby it as well.
The Solver's Perks
Hex: Null
If a survivor gets hit with a non-basic attack two (2) times, a dull totem will become a hex totem.
While this Hex is active:
Survivors cannot see the auras of other Survivors, even during conditions that normally reveal them (Kindred, Bond, Empathy, Aftercare, etc.).
Perks, items, or add-ons that would allow Survivors to read the Killer's aura (like Dark Sense, Alert, or Blood Pact) are disabled.
All cooperative actions (Healing, Gen Repairs, etc.) are performed at eight/ten/twelve percent 8/10/12% slower.
If the Hex totem is cleansed, all affected Survivors suffer from the Blindness status effect for forty/fifthy/sixty seconds (40/50/60) seconds.
Callback Ping
Each time a Survivor becomes the Obsession, they become a focal point for your influence.
Every thirty/twenty-five/twenty (30/25/20) seconds, you can activate Callback Ping to target a random Survivor within 12 meters of the Obsession:
If the target is the next Obsession, they become "Incapacitated" for three (3) seconds, scream, and have their aura revealed for four (4) seconds.
If the targeted Survivor is not the Obsession, they suffer from "Hindered" and "Oblivious" for six (6) seconds.
If no eligible Survivor is near the Obsession when you activate the perk, Callback Ping enters a ten second (10 sec) cooldown.
Each time you successfully use Callback Ping, the Obsession becomes more unstable. After three (3) successful uses, the Obsession is afflicted with the "Exposed" status effect for Twelve seconds (12 sec).
Disassembly Required
Each time a Survivor completes fifteen percent (15%) of total generator progress, you can gain one (1) token, up to a maximum of six (6) tokens.
You can consume one (1) token to activate the following effects:
When damaging a generator, consume one (1) token to cause it to instantly lose five percent (5%) progress and apply the "Regression" status effect for eight/ten/twelve seconds (8/10/12 sec)
When hitting a Survivor performing a gen repair, consume one (1) token to block that generator for ten seconds (10 sec) and reveal the aura of any Survivor still within eight meters (8m) of it.
At six (6) tokens, Disassembly Required automatically activates: the next generator you damage will instantly regress by ten percent (10%) and explode, causing a "Loud Noise Notification" and applying the "Blindness" status to any nearby Survivors for ten seconds (10 sec). This effect consumes all tokens.
Realm(s): Copper-9/Cabin Fever
The first potential map will be a snowy post apocalyptic open environment that also includes the colony base and the corpse spire that can also act as the enemy spawn location at the beginning of the trail.
Cabin Fever can include the underground chapel, long hallway paths leading to it, and the surface that has the exit gate.

Closing thoughts.
-A core meant to hold a powerful parasite-
Cutting Leap distance will be reduced to ninety percent (90%), but all Survivor Hologram will be sabotaging Survivor progression such as regressing gens, snuffing blessed totems, etc. While Killer Holograms are fifteen percent (15%) faster, attack reach for bind is ten percent (10%) longer, and bind tricked survivors for five seconds (5 sec).
Crucifix Patch
-A failsafe program of a world ending threat-
The amount of holograms per usage are limited to one, but Survivors who are at four (4) bars will automatically enter the Dying State after ten seconds (10 sec) unless is healed.
I know that there's still more details to add up but I can't really think of anything else as I put a lot of it until my brain turned to slugs. I do want to know what are your thoughts, suggestions, and what you want to change on my concept to be more balanced and all. But to be honest, I'm proud of what I could think of. It's not perfect, but it is what I made. But if you still think something's off, feel free to comment on it. I'd love to see what are your ideas could be. Anyways, that's all I have to say. if I had to add some skin ideas, here are what they would be
-002 for nori in her cabin fever labs attire, similarly to the uzi skin, she'd occasionally come into control, though be snuffed out eventually as well
-Blighted Solution, now the lore implications is that the ms.solver here wanted to find out just, what would happen, if the blight serum is injected into dear old tessa...the implications are as horrifying as you can imagine.
-Frozen Equation, The Absolute Solver took a detour to the lost realms! may have rolled around in the snow and lost energy alot. teehee
-Entity's Blessing, head nod, I have been, good for you, dear, entity, could you lend me a form, more fitting for the fog, head tilt. (inspiration here would be mainly the demogorgon skin that makes it adapt more to the fog itself, the collection is called "altered state")
-New age gala, A full blown gala outfit that would have made the elliotts jealous, giggle, basically one based on the current event, the celebration masquerade event
and as for common coloration's, could be based on the main cast, maybe a ic0n coloration as well.

Cyn holo-grams will make her invisible while they walk forward and lightly follow survivors, only one cyn hologram can be out with this and hitting a survivor will destroy the holo-gram and make you visible again, max time up to 70-80 seconds
Crucifix Patch "a usb in a cross, meant for me, meant to allow usage of my powers, without, take over, annoying yet also, weakened user power potential" you can no longer use holo-grams but leap is reduced to a 5 second cooldown, has +30% more distance of travel, and base speed is increased by +10%. Cutting Leap distance will be reduced by 90%, but all Survivor Hologram will be sabotaging Survivor progression such as regressing gen, snuffing blessed totems, etc. While Killer Holograms are 15% faster, attack reach for bind is 10% longer, and binds tricked survivors for 5 seconds.
