A trashy, rundown street. A bit sketchy. But that's what makes it fun! Take your sims for some quick and cheap seafood (Though it doesn't seem like the cleanest place..) or party all night at the karaoke bar! Take joy in private karaoke rooms or get on the dancefloor and have your sims drink their heart out. Check out the convivence store and its self-serve coffee bar (yum?) or grab a quick snack. Though it seems like the clerk is never there....
Playability: Lot type is under restaurant, so sims will be able to order food. There should be at least one mixologist on lot (A bit inconvient, since the club has multiple bars.) A DJ is not automatically staffed (but I typically hire a random and cheat the money back lol). The corner store can't be played of course, though I haven't tested it under a store type lot. Overall it's a great lot to have sims eat, dance, and drink!
