Ugh you guys
So my friend suggested I try low target heart cardio on an empty stomach and then do weights instead of doing hard cardio and then weight lifting. Hard extensive cardio can hinder muscle gains ☝🏼 SO in my attempt to be empty this morning I drank 8oz of low fat milk (which was stupid, I mind as well have had something else with the sugar and carbs in it). I did my incline walk and now doing weights - IM STARVING. Can't wait for some noms. Gonna try again tomorrow. Maybe it'll get easier 🤷🏼♀️
