Tried something new...not the prettiest but they taste great. Guava + Papaya popsicles 👍 had some leftover fruit so I decided to try and make something with it. Hey all! Started this blog to show how I'm finally on track (naturally) to becoming the healthiest version of myself by doing, eating, and living out what's best for me. This is mainly to hold myself accountable for the goals I've put in place, so that I actually reach them! Can't even tell you how many times I've started and stopped trying to be healthy and change my lifestyle ...
