Since the lockdown has started, we have found innovative ways to keep fit. With all fancy gyms & health clubs shut for a while, more and more people have started exploring economical and sustainable ways to keep healthy. 💕⠀ ⠀ While health clubs and gym provide excellent services but I've found out that even with some basic equipments we can do almost the same workout even in our #backyard.🏋️♀️⠀ ⠀ Since the lockdown, I tried to get a mix of different workouts. I bought just a couple of things to start with ⠀ ⠀ ✅ A gym ball⠀ ✅ Dumbbells ⠀ ✅ Yoga mat⠀ ✅ Elbow and knee support ⠀ ✅ Resistance bands⠀ ⠀ Just with these basic equipments I could perform a number of workout routines.💯⠀ ⠀ For now my backyard is my gym. I plan to add a few more equipments soon to bring more variety and variations in my routine. 💪⠀ ⠀ I guess I am not going to a traditional gym for a long time. Rather workout in the open with fresh air, chirping of birds for music and soft mowed lawn for carpet.
