My #iww (inspirational woman Wednesday) goes to @hannaheden_fitness 🙏✨ I literally love her journey. I have known her since we went to the #artinstitute of Fort Lauderdale (2009) and her progress has been SOOO dope. I love her "back at the gym" posts because they are so relatable. we all have some off days and coming back to the groove is hard... But that's the test, that's the only challenge... To get back up, to keep going... To keep pushing no matter what. Love ya Hannah keep killing it girl. || ladies... Remember we make a difference together.
