Day 2:

To the Capable 300. And every capable child out there, which is every child,

Hi! 11:25pm, I am determined to be done by midnight, on a  brand new day! 

Today was the best day ever, truly! On behalf of you, I met a wonderful being named Jeff, along with is son. All the kids played together and him and I chatted on and off for hours. We shared common ground on being in awe of children, he is a stay home dad and it is always so awesome meeting those kind of beings. By the end of our conversation, he knew about you too and he inspired me to give you some life guidance. 

In this life, you will have endless struggles, sometimes two or three at the same time all needing immediate action, such will be life, you will feel like the world is picking on you, such will be life, you will have days where you feel like you call yourself the worst names and think the worst thoughts about yourself because of what anyone and everyone is doing with anything and everything, such is life. You will compare yourself, such is life, you will not always make the best choices but in the end of it all, you will make the best decisions. No matter what happens, you must remember that you are capable, that the same way you got to today is the same way you can get to tomorrow, the only difference will be the spark in your heart that desires a happier you. A happier you is always an option, always, always, always, and it is the driving force to all the unfolding that will be your life, everyday. It is the ingredient to life. Find your people, above all the above.

On 2/26, I wrote you a six page essay on the POWER OF EDUCATION, it took me six hours, it was the proudest chapter of my life, by far. Not sure why but I know I will find out in the future. I have strict intentions with this essay in time will tell you more. My father read it today and he replied to me and said,“ Wow, Diana. This is a great message.  I am very impressed, but I not surprised because I know you're a good writer.  There are some parts, I want to frame.” I cried, like a big baby, I respect my father very much, we are pretty much the same.

Today, I continued to share the essay with requests from people I respect, very very much. I emailed Kam Chancellor on your behalf, he is a football player who has a passion for kids, just like me. I am going to write him for 100 days until he writes me back. You ave ACCESS to every human on this earth, even the president of any world- all you have to do is get in touch, never be afraid!

I cant wait to tell you about my friend Bryan tomorrow, he made me cry tonight with the donation he made to you, I cant wait for you to meet him too, he is one of those humans who will come meet you with me if I asked him!

Charley’s co-worker Simone is going to share a jar of pennies with you she has been collecting for some time now. We had some time to chat and of course I talked about you and simple as that, school is closer!

I met a lady who has been living here since December from Nigeria. We talked  for hours and I am going to show her around this weekend and show her some of my favorite things to do around her. Be there for people the same way I am being here for you, that is one request I am going to ask of you individually when I meet you.

My friend Jeremy and I are going to discuss some ideas this weekend on how to get more pennies, it is becoming such a fun creative project!!

Day 1. Letter 1.

To the Capable 300. And every capable child out there, which is every child

I had a secret pact with myself to blog about my 100 day challenges in depth, simply because 1. they are not need and 2, they are personal to me but eh, that rule has been erased, because of you, which is  very exciting! I spend ALOT of my time doing 100 day challenges,  once upon a time, almost two years ago now, I needed to love myself again, needed to forgive myself for the mistakes I had made, needed to to forgive some people in my life, needed to get my life together again which is how I set out on a journey of self-discovery, through 100 day challenges. It started just a thing but it is now a lifestyle, I am learning more about myself everyday because I allow myself to fall and get back up. I will tell you in depth what breakdowns and breakthroughs came from all the challenges. I have completed 100 days of;

Fitness

Swimming (Made it to 5 weeks due to shoulder pain).

Yoga

Reading

Reading AGAIN

A penny for a boat (The B.O.A.T- Be Open About Teaching).

I am really excited for this and very scared. As you get older, you will find that really being excited about something suddenly can cause you to get scared, as if you should not go for what you are excited about or you do not deserve it, and I want you to remember that is not true! It is actually a bunch of get of here-you- little voice in my head!!! Please remember the excitement and take action anyways! Always choose excitement, always, always, always! They is so much to learn there, main reason is because you will love it so much, you will do anything to keep it and that is what being capable is all about my dears! Challenging yourself, testing the limits of the world, testing your own negative thoughts! How do I know what I am talking about? I am going to prove it to you, for 100 days, to YOU for YOU. Starting today until 6.10.17. As I always do, I did what one of my other mentors said, “First., decide what you will do and be determined to win without fail. The outcome hinges on your resolve. This is the philosophy of success.”  His name was Josei Toda and Oh I did it! I did exactly what he said and took ALL the preparations possible. One of the many being my commitment that I will keep you updated through this journal E.V.E.R.Y. D.A..Y until the day I meet YOU and read it out loud to every single one of you, shining in your school uniforms and being the best of the best. As you can see the beauty here is success serve us both, I will have success in meeting YOU and you will have success in getting an Education! Gosh, I am so proud of you already, of US!  It is 10:12pm as I write this, I am so sick, you should hear me, I sound like your father-yep! Like a man, with this silly cold but even if all of me hurt today, it did not shake my resolve. I did some work on your part. Work hinges on it all.

I talked about you to my neighbor as he was moving to a new house and he told me to give him 2 weeks to settle in but he wants to discuss this some more “for sure, I have tons of pennies for you.”

H &P and I played at Seattle Recreative today, (if you want your heart to spark with creativity, go there with your kids, seriously, we do) and talked about you to this awesome lady who works there and she was SO excited for such a goal! She gave me the owners information and after I wrap up here, I am going to make a request of of her (One of my daily MUST-DO's- make a request a day on your behalf).  Send me good energy!

Finished my vision board for my own mental focus and the kiddo squad helped, so much!

This is what life is all about, cause and effect, do your part, with the right intent and be content with your work and 2, life is about action or reaction- I am still going to be sick whether I do this or not, so why not take action? The causes in that will heal you sooner than any medicine out there, for its from within. Seriously, I gotta go. Its now 10.22

A letter from my lesser self to my greater self.

Nazz-

It is the last day of 2015. Can you believe it? We made it! It has been a year alright, shit. I wanted to write to you and recap and also share some wisdom before the new year starts tomorrow. I am going to miss you.

Can you believe we lost Mary in January? It seems so long ago but in all reality, it feels like yesterday. Cant believe you can honestly say you have some jail time experience. Its funny but its not, you know? I think we can laugh about it now, its time. That made February a shitty month. You quit drinking in March, I was proud of you- so proud of you. You needed to cut that shit out. The alcohol bracelet that lasted 5 months sure made you appreciate yoga pants. That experience sucked for me because you were so limited and it ate at you which made me sad. You turned 30 in May. I know how much you love birthdays and this year was so different, you were hiding with your DUI secret for so long but I remember you had the best thoughts about yourself that day. I was so proud of you for sharing your secret with the world in June. That was the most scared I have ever seen you. You were a zoo but you did it! July was rough, You and Garrett broke up. I have never seen you so down. Your spirit was so broken. Thank the heavens for good friends because you had a home with Tara all July. You are a tough cookie Nazz, was so proud of you for getting your own home in August. You were so excited to get your life together again, have your own space. The bracelet came off that month too. I noticed you were starting to be at peace with a lot of things that month. It does wonders for all humans when we are in our own space. September is when you really started owning your life again, really getting in action with what you wanted to do again. You started to design a new you. That is when I realized I was losing you. You seriously didn't even notice me all of October, you defeated me with your 100 days of fitness. Remember one time when I was tempting you to skip your gym with all these negative thoughts and you politely asked me to leave, I could not believe how determined you were. I left. November was the same and now it is December and the life you have designed is continuing to flourish and you have so many awesome new people in your life, you only want to move forward and never stop.

My role in your entire life has been to limit you, to scare you, to manipulate you, to make you a coward. You get the jest. Every human has me in them, I lessen them and see if they cave. Millions do. You did too a lot in your life but you have activated a greater self that I cant beat. I am weak and you are strong. This has been your year sweet thang. Nazz, I have seen you fall this year and you have picked yourself up in a way that has required courage. You have become the woman this world intended you to be. I know you are going to be more because you want to be more. I am proud of all your choices. You have transformed when all you had was yourself. Your buddhist practice has given you life. Your business has grown so much because you are so present. BTW, I remember when you picked “simplyreachout” to be your business name, I didn't even interfere with that because it is so YOU. You have so much to give the world & every single person you meet that that name suits all that you do. Your relationships are phenomenal. Thank you for getting rid of the people who were not serving you. You were never good at that but you have outdone yourself very well in that department. Thank you for stopping to give a eff about what people think of you, It was so exhausting running that part of your life. You overworked me there and you got in a lot of trouble for it. It has freed you so so so so much, finally!

About the ex- We both knew deep down that shit was not going to last forever. You were never a good match and you both knew it. I know you have forgiven him and what not but I want to thank you for that experience. He was your relationship karma in every single way and you for sure learned the lessons you were destined to learn from that. I thank him for being who he was to you because now you know who you want to be for someone and what you want in your next someone. I am glad we are leaving that experience in 2015 along with a lot of other ones.

About the DUI- Sometimes in life as we both know it, challenges have to happen for us to see what we are capable of. You outdone yourself in this department. You defeated me in the process. That is all I got on this.

You have plans in 2016 that are going to challenge you but you already know this. You have started so much this year that you are simply continuing in 2016, I love when humans live like that- it shows integrity and you have finally gotten that life recipe my dear. BTW, you are so healthy that it makes it so hard for me to have a home in your body. Was so proud of your fitness challenge, you seriously kicked its ass. Working out 2 hours a day with running combined for kicks is not a thing a lot of people do, its a thing a lot of people want to do but I win in that part of their lives. I let them believe their excuses and they cave. I call you the no excuse African Queen. You do or you do not.

I never fully leave one’s life (because humans do not trust themselves enough for long & they love using me as a lifestyle) but I am not as active in those that have courage, integrity and faith among some qualities. With that said, I am going to miss you. You are so determined never to be a lesser version of yourself that I have no purpose in your life. I always knew this day would come, for some it never comes but in all the humans I have departed from- I am going to miss you the most. You are so fun to mess with but you have always succeeded. Enjoy the rest of your life, you are one happy cookie which is my favorite thing about you. You always have been even when you aren’t. I love you Nazz, It has been a pleasure serving you. Going FT with your business is going to change the world. I just know it, maybe that is when I will check in with you, (Just kidding:) Say hi to the kiddos for me. Enjoy your family and friends and now that you are dating again, I cant wait to see who you end up with, He will be one lucky human to have your time and attention.

What a year! What a year! What a year!  Thank you Nazz for owning your life, for defeating me and giving me less work to do. You are one of the superstars of the world. Enjoy my enemy- your greater self. You are in good hands if you work together for a lifetime. When you do remember me, do not invite me back in your life, you will regret it, and we all know how you feel about regret.

Your favorite mentor, Daisaku Ideka said, “Human revolution means turning our lives in a positive direction, from unhappiness to happiness. It is the transformation of the tendency to allow ourselves to be swept along by force of habit or to feel ourselves at the mercy of the whims of destiny. The incredible power to do this already exists inside us.”

100 days of fitness is complete today!!!!!! 102 classes, 115 miles run, 1,000,000 steps. As a graduation present, I am about to board a red eye plane to DC to visit my baby sister Brenda who for the first time in 30years, I spent christmas without. It was weird. I didn't like it. Many people ask me what has kept me going and I finally figured it out last saturday during a run; It stopped being about my why, or the benefits of exercise, instead it was about one thing and one thing only; Integrity. Do what you say you are going to do. I did. I stopped with the excuses, the pity party, the false things I told myself that kept me justifying my excuses, so pretty much the bullshit. I didn't stop, I fought my thoughts, I dealt with my emotions, chanted my life away, managed my time, renewed my cells everyday, and in turn, I did what I said I was going to do and; I won. I defeated my lesser self and created a greater/stronger self and in return, I created a fitness lifestyle. Moving forward to 2016, im simply continuing what I started. Having integrity for your health is the best self love for your life. Find yours my love. If you can't have integrity with your word to your life, all the puzzles to your life never seem to fit together. Be true to yourself right now, not 2016. Start now. Continue in 2016. Bye Seattle, going to go add some DC humans to my life. I love you beings. Very much. Own your lives. Be YOU. Live by example. We are already perfect the way we are, why not perfect ourselves some more? For kicks? Find out what else you are capable of. Do it. I am, 100 days of a new challenge starting Jan. 6th. Why not? FLIGHT VS. FIGHT: COURAGE VS. FEAR

Courage and Fear were designed to play against each other. It is that simple.

In any given situation, we are faced with two options: to give up (flight) or to fight. Whether it is stress, changing a habit, ending a relationship, designing a new lifestyle, it always is a choice. We all live in a world with free will, the will to do anything and absolutely everything we want when we want

Do you give up or do you fight? That is the question. The rest is a story of justification. Justification to do things later, justification to hold on, justification to avoid being hurt, justification to avoid hurting others, justification, justification, justification, story, story, story. The more you tell that story, the more baggage you acquire, the more baggage you have ti unpack later, the more baggage to hold on to, the more baggage that eventually life will give you the opportunity you unpack. The universe wants us to be happy and the more baggage you haul around, the more reason the universe is given a reason and permission to create a space for you to unpack it. A space that is defined as an experience. You will have no choice but to deal with what you need to deal with in order to get where you want and need to be. People forget that as much humans hold off from their lives, at the same time they wish things were different, the universe is always listening and will only listen to what you need to do vs where you are now.

It takes courage to do anything we do in this world, whether it is beneficial to our lives or not. It takes the same amount of courage to be happy as it takes to be unhappy. I know that first hard. When you are unhappy, you have hope, hope that things will change, sometimes even when you know it will not change. It is truly when all of you realizes it wont change will it summon the courage for you to be the change you are looking for. The downfall to waiting is you will have more to repack because which will cause you stress. Stress will create fear, fear loves us because we give in to it easily. It limits our capabilities, it limits our courage, it has a way of making us forget that we are what we need, it takes away the wisdom  we have about ourselves, it causes your mental and emotional states to weaken which will cause your physical to generate diseases and cells to react negatively rather than positively. Your life is only yours to live. You only have one life in this lifetime to be who you are, who you know you can be. Time is not waiting for you, never has and never will. This is a fact we take for granted every single day of our lives. My loves, as you move into 2016, have courage. The courage to change the things you need to change. The courage to be strong. The courage to own your life, the courage to inspire those in your life. The courage to face the coward you think you are. The courage to be happy. The courage to be healthy. 

It all starts with your health. Stop putting off your lives and promote the self love we all have for ourselves, it is waiting for you to tap into it. I have had to be courageous and strong this year and I can say first hand- it is no walk in the park but boy is it freeing. It is so freeing to know you are in control of every move you make, to have the ability to make it and say, yes, i did that, I cant believe I did that.

Stop being someone you are not and be who you know you are. Be yourself. Have the courage to be yourself. It will create possibilities in your life that you will have the strength to tackle.

I love you you are and for who you are not. Most of all, I love you for who I know every single one of you could be.

“The courage not to bow to pressure, the courage to stand alone, the courage to maintain one’s determination, the courage to look deep into one’s heart and confront one’s own cowardice and arrogance, the courage to challenge difficulties—those who possess this kind of courage are true victors. “

My Mentor Daisaku Ideka reminds me everyday with this gudiance that I have what it takes when it comes to courage.

There are two thing on this planet I would lay my life on the line for when I am introducing them to people. This XTRA and my buddhist practice.

Why?

Because they both do exactly what they say they do and all I want for every human being on this earth is phenomenal health along with happiness for a lifetime. Its is all we owe the universe for granting us another day everyday that we wake up.

XTRA. 

What it does.

1. Vitality. 2. Stress mgt. 3. Mental Clarity  4. Joint comfort.

In other words, The four reasons people go to the doctor and the four reasons people take pharmaceuticals.   Are you one of those people? Will you be one of these people?

In 2012, a dear friend of mine (who was my bf at the time) introduced me to Xtra (it was a mini Xtra bottle) and when I read what it does, I said "no, thanks, every human being on this earth is looking for these 4 things, I highly doubt its all in this little mini" I respectfully said no he respected that. For over three weeks, he kept offering me a mini every time he had one in this morning. I noticed he had given up coffee and Xtra had replaced it. For 3 weeks, I said no.  One day in the shower, he brought me the damn thing and said he would not leave the bathroom unless I tried it because I really would like it. 

Shoot, I loved it. I remember how I felt as it if it was yesterday. Within 1 hour, The first thing I noticed was how quiet my mind was, usually I had numerous thoughts running through my mind but nada, not that time. The second thing I noticed was how energetic I felt. I have the energy of a toddler, always have, always will but this was productive energy. My body wanted to do something, anything. It was very awesome to feel pushed by my body vs. me pushing it. I remember I ran 6 miles that evening  vs the usual 3. 

I have drank it everyday for 3 years.  In my experience, I have had the following benefits. 

Vitality: Energy for days! Energy made from my own cells. Energy from within. My days start at 5:15 and end at 11pm 6 days a week. I have the energy to be productive throughout the day from the moment I wake up to the moment I lay down for the night. I feel vibrant everyday, I know I am vibrant.

 Stress mgt: It has given me the ability to be less resilient to stress. When life throws me unexpected craves, I do not go into  flight or fight, I simply plan accordingly on possibilities and take action to adjust accordingly. 

Mental Clarity: I activated the  ability to use my mental and emotional health team in everything I do. I seldom have negative thoughts, I am present in all that I do all the time.

Joint comfort: I work out 2 hours a day and run 3 miles everyday. My joints love me very much for they allow me to be successful in doing so.

I have been to the doctor once a year for the past 3 years for a check up and making sure my numbers are supporting my health and they are. I spend $75 a year to the medical field and have not been to a pharmacy in over 8 years.

A letter to Donald Trump

Dear Donald Trump,

Where in your body does all your hate for the human race reside? What is living in your cells? Who hurt you so bad? It is very important to remember that in this world, it is not about just about us as individuals but rather the people we serve in this society we are honored to be apart of. It is about each other, and the people on other continents. Every single human is apart of the human race. Whether you concur or not.

I read an article recently where you said Africans are good at sex, theft and being lazy. I laughed a bunch because you did not make any sense. I'm a very proud African woman and if sex is what we are good at, there are worse things in life my dear. I wondered what you were projecting there if anything. You made fun of the wonderful human with a disability & pretended you did not know of their disability which was obviously a lie, even if it was, why was making fun your first choice. You are a world bully. You really are. Now you are desiring to ban Muslims from entering America. Do you have hobbies? It seems to me you focus too much on what others are doing with their lives. You have no empathy for the human race, it seems like your soul is dark. Very dark. Morals are a thing. What makes you happy? For someone desiring to be the next president of USA, you have not shared anything to the public on who you are as a human being, but rather it seems you want to own the entire continent & pull a Hitler on every single one of us. That is not a thing my dear, that is not a thing. Not anymore. It is 2015 and I can speak on behalf of every human being on earth that we wont allow that to happen.

Be respectful to Obama whether you like him or not, making racist comments and being the kind of person you are towards the person you want to replace in power is simply ridiculous. Didn't your mother teach you any acceptable manners for others? What are you teaching your children? What kind of generation legacy are you leaving for your family?

You know what they say, more money, more problems? That is YOU. You have become a public pest, a public problem because of your wealth. It is important to remember when it all comes down to your last breath, it is what you did with your life for others that counts. It is what will define you as a legend of the planet. Why work so hard to live this way? There say money can't buy you happiness and oh yes, that is YOU. You seem so sad in your heart, if your first reaction to life is constantly being negative as you portray it to us, you project sadness and loneliness. Money isn't company, people are. You may have supporters in what you are doing but they are not supporters to the end. You will fade soon, you will not be president, you will still be wealthy but you will be more sad, more alone. Why? Because the chance you got to shine was wasted. You are not for the people, not even the people you want to protect so much. Not even for yourself. Not sure what people or race you like to be honest. You seem alone in this world. Out of seven billion people, you seem alone. Are you?

I wish your entire life happiness. I truly do. The law of cause and effect is real and can be son of a bitch. Karma is not a bad thing, it is a lesson in the making. I am concerned about what lessons you will be learning in the future. Aren't you? What you cause will have effects. The key to the right effects is the right causes, duh. More importantly, the causes are best appreciated when they serve more than yourself. I wonder if yours serve even yourself. Do not take your life for granted, find some sort of happiness.

Let people do what make them happy. Let the world be. We are frankly sick of your nonsense that you call words.

Find some hobbies, do your hair, smile a little and tend to the wonderful family you brought into the world.

“I do not have time.”

"I do not have time" is a lifestyle. It is an indicator that you have given up on what matters to you the most. At that, It is a limiting one. The worst one.  Every single time you say I do not have time, you die a little on the inside and do nothing on the outside. You take away time from your life. You allow your present moment to become the past in an instant. You take no action to design the life you want. You take your entire life for granted by waiting for tomorrow.

Why? Because in the moment you use that statement, you create nothing out of what you want. You enable where your life is right now and take no responsibility for what you desire.

All we have in this world is time, time to do it all, whatever it is, whenever we want and, however we want to do it. It is the simplest most difficult way of living. Every morning you awake with the gift of life, you are granted more time and it is very crucial that you express gratitude by action action for being honored with the ability to do so.

In the four years I have been supporting people with their health, I have found time to be the main challenge in people's lives. To be specific, many people do not have time for exercise or nutrition. In other words, many people do not have time for the two most important requirements that will give them life and more time on in this lifetime.

If you truly think about about it, what kind of living are you as a being living? You are living a lifestyle of absolute irresponsibility. Irresponsibility for your health, your lives, your children, your partners, your loved ones, your core values but most of all, you are abusing what it means to have life. You are dishonoring what you know, you are dishonoring the wisdom you have about your lack of action. You are dishonoring knowing that this lifestyle is leading you to a new lifestyle in the future, a lifestyle of stress, disease, regret, crisis care and most of all- a lifestyle where you will be fighting with time and all you will want is more time but the inability to do it all the way you can do it all right now.

The law of cause and effect is real. No matter where your faith lies, It applies to every living being on this planet. Your irresponsibility will generate what you fear most. It is also as simple as that.

Not having time is another way of saying I do not want to. It is a way of saying not right now. It is a way of saying maybe tomorrow. It is a way of being, it is a way of living, it is an excuse that has become who you are. It is an old song that either needs a remix or it needs to stop being played. In reality, not no one is listening to the song, not even you.

My mentor President Daisaku Ideka says, "Real health is not the absence of illness, real health is the will to overcome every form of adversity and use even the worst circumstances as a springboard for new growth and development. Simply put, the essence of health is the constant renewal and rejuvenation of life." 

I urge you not to take your health and life for granted but rather to remember that we all have the same hours in the day everyday for all the years we live. It is personal responsibility for self that will design your life. There is no such thing as "time management" (that does not allow for life to happen smoothly) but rather being impeccable with our word that will support you in moving mountains and creating time for your health.

Being impeccable with your word is the only way to live and design your life. To understand and live up to the quote above, make it a mission to be true to your word.

FACT: Digestive Health.

There are two thing on this planet I would lay my life on the line for when I am introducing them to people. This Aloe and my buddhist practice.

Because my sweet loves, It is not bragging if you can prove it & I only want the best for every single human on this planet, esp when it comes to health.

When I was in school to get certified as a life coach, I volunteered in a rush to do a live session with my instructor in front of the entire class. Before we started, he asked me, “Where do you find your knowing?”, I recall being confused because what did that even mean? I told him from my brain? He looked confused and I felt confused. He shared that he found his knowing in his gut, he touched his belly, closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He shared that he was getting centered for his knowing to activate before we started so he would be 100% present with me. Hell, I tried it too right there, right then and that is when I realized what he was talking about.

Our digestive system is where our intuition lies, our knowing activates and I am sure you have heard it many times, it is our second brain. The people who do not believe this simply have too much living in there, simply blocking their ability to access what lies there. How can you relate if you do not have access to what we are talking about?

Fact: 60-70% of our immune system lives in our digestive system. That is a whole lot of life drama residing in our sweet bellies. 

The drama mainly lies in “stress.”  Stress is defined as “a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances.” So, pretty much everything that has to do with life when it is not positive or arises unexpectedly. Everyone is stressed, all the time, mentally, emotionally and physically, all that stress resides in your gut. When you are stressed, the stress hormone (Cortisol) does its job and activates in your physical body and its job is to cause fat cells to live in your gut. Its other job is to activate your desire for sugar and all foods associated with fat and when you are not yourself, you will give in very easily. Cant blame the cotrisol, it is only doing its job & oh yes, it wins every time if you are not doing your part.

So, what can you do? Be aware, Be mindful and most importantly, do something about it. It is important to stop taking your gut for granted because everything you eat lives in there and lets be honest, we do not always go for the healthy food, that is the easiest hardest task for all of us humans. The gut is seriously the most risky place in your body for fat to live, because no matter who you are, eventually all that drama will get you to crisis care in terms of activating an unpleasant disease, do not wait until its too late to try to do what you need to do right now.

Why this Aloe? 1. It does what it says it does Times a trillion. When I go to people’s houses, I always notice the aloe they have for their gut, it is either not opened, half drunk or expired in the fridge. So needless to say, what you have is not working.

2. You can literally feel it working. My health is designed to feel as great on the inside as I look on the outside & I want you to experience it with me.

3. I do not like the word cleansing, I like regenerate better. It means regrow, restore; which will give you a brand new gut. Get to the core of the problem, renew every cell in your gut.

4. Preventative Health: Shut down whatever is waiting to activate in terms of nasty diseases, that only will get you to pharmaceuticals level. We all know how you feel about that. 

5.Get over yourself, you dont know what you dont know until you know it. This is not just about you, being healthy is a personal responsibility. Yours only but it benefits your family and everything & everyone you stand for. When you get sick, everyone in your life suffers because you need their time for support.

6. Awaken your entire life by awakening your 2nd brain.

7. Make a choice, Take a chance, change your life. 

I love you very much, Whether you join me in this aloe movement or not is your choice. I believe when you ask anyone to try or do something, expect a yes or a no and I have always lived my life that way. My goal is to introduce this greatness to you and what you choose to do with it is your choice. It does not affect how much I adore you sweet self.

We are all connected.

My work day ended at 5:20pm today & I was headed to a meeting at 6pm. On my drive to the meeting, my body was screaming at me that if I did not feed it, It would punish me. I was so hungry and I realized that I had not eaten since 2pm.

I do not like eating out anymore, especially when I have food at home so I was hesitant to buy food but since my day was not ending until 10pm, I needed to be flexible and eat out esp. since I was working 3 hours later.

I went to a teriyaki awesome spot across the street from where my meeting was and when I got in here, I looked at the menu for 8 straight minutes (I know this because the cashier looked at her clock and looked at me, I asked her how long I was standing there and she told me). That moment when every damn thing on the menu looks so good, you cant decide.

I finally choose Chicken Yakisoba to go. As I was waiting for my food, another lady came in and did the same thing as me! She shared how hungry she was and how she could not decide, of course during our waiting time- we became friends. We are having tea next Tuesday. Her boots were kickass.

I went to my car and took some bites since I had 8 minutes to spare and I left it in the front seat of the passenger side and went to my meeting. During the meeting, I truly thought about my food and how cold it was going to be but I love cold noodles, so it was even more exciting. 

An hour later, I go to my car and umm, my food is totally gone. I am so hungry at this point I start debating myself on where it could be. I even looked in the truck knowing well enough It was not there. I sat down in the driver seat and took a deep breath and looked over to my passenger side and realized the lock was open. I immediately knew what happened.

Oh yea, someone totally broke into my car and stole thy food. I am the kind of lady that locks her keys in the car, but I always lock my car.

In this moment, I burst out laughing, out loud as if I was at a comedy show. I was so happy that my food thief (he/she) did not take anything of value out of my car. My laptop was in my trunk, and other items in the back seat that could be of value to a thief. I was so happy that he/she did not break my window to get the food. There is a lot of respect to give for "considerate stealing"?

My next meeting was my weekly buddhist recovery group and I could not wait to tell them about this, I knew they would find humor, appreciation and love for it.  As I was driving there, I realized that another human, although we did not meet, had the same amount of hunger tonight as me, we were on the same path tonight. I mean yes, he/she stole from me but he/she did not do any worse than he/she would have, he/she only wanted to eat which is all I wanted to do too.

I was so honored to share my food with him/her. It is his/her karma (for no action goes unnoticed) but I forgave him/her. I was happy to have had some bites of it.

Every am/pm when I chant, I chant that the hungry find food from others who have more than enough and as always, the power of my practice is evident to me regardless of the situation. I answered my own prayer tonight which just gives me absolute love for this world more than ever.

We are all connected through our actions, thoughts and emotions. Food brought a lot of us together tonight, I met an awesome human who I will share tea with soon and a story for YOU to remind you that we are all connected and not sweat the small stuff, it could have been so much worse.

In the recovery group- how convenient and amazing, perfect and relevant the topic was on to expect less and be open to all possibilities.

Only if you could see my eyes light up when that was announced. I conclude the night the happiest being on the planet. I live in the law of pure potentiality for over 2yrs now where anything and everything (good/bad) is possible,and tonight is simply a reminder that you know what, there is humor in all we do, don't be quick to react, it only brings out the negativity in you.

1. I am addicted to muffins. Poppy seed muffins. I will take one from a child

2. I am notorious for breaking everything & anything but will throw a fit if one calls me clumsy.

3. Pho, Mayo and scour cream offend my taste buds..

4.At 30, I am learning to do more for myself by myself.

5. Everyday, I aid in decreasing the mortality rates in children in 3rd world countries through proper nutrition by supporting adults in the U.S with their health. 

6. Without children in my life, I would be an entirely different person; an unhappy person.

7. Washing dishes by hand is one of my favorite forms of therapy.

8. I am insecure too, just like everyone else.

9.Suicide, homelessness, child abuse are populations very dear to my heart.

10. I am a completely different person than I was in my 20′s mentally, emotionally and physically. I have changed every little thing I did not like about myself.  

11. I am a devoted buddhist, I chant the password to the universe every single day, 2 hours a day- there is nothing I can not achieve in my life without this practice. 

12. I am one of the happiest people I know.

13.I made a vow at 15 to myself never to feel the emotion, regret. It is a fight with time and you will always lose.

14.At 30, I am very particular who I allow in my social circle, I only want people who will move mountains with me, the rest are simply a distraction.

15.I am gifted with making anyone feel better in a matter of seconds. I appreciate that about myself, so much.

16. I have my own dictionary, its pretty awesome.

17. I detest shopping.

18. I could wear headbands, hats & flip flops everyday for the rest of my life.

19.If I was not allergic to cats, I would have at least 6 of them. No joke.

20. I once had 3 snakes named AIDS, herpes and Gonorrhea. Yep!

21. At 30, I stopped caring what people thought or said about me, a lot of people are only judging you and trying to bring you to their level, refuse to allow that in my life.

22.My family is the main core of all my love, support and encouragement.

23. If life would let me, I would run for miles on end.

24. I love every single person on earth. We are all on different paths, we all have something to teach one another, we are all destined to meet at some point and I embrace YOU before I ever meet you:)
