Ahh I can’t believe I finished this! It’s my most ambitious procreate piece to date since I got the app last April and I’m just so proud of the details. Art Nouveau is one of my favourite art eras and I just had to combine it with Loki! It ended up being about 16 hours of actual drawing time (and much more staring and thinking 😂).

The costume design is based on one of the unused Ragnarok concepts by @aleksibriclot, who did some of my absolute favourite Loki looks!

When I started on this drawing, I didn’t know what to do with it at a certain point, but I had a feeling I wanted to convey. After coming back to it I’ve managed to convey the exact feeling I wanted. The feeling of being alone in the vast openness of space. Much like he must have been when he first fell from the Bifröst in THOR I (he fell through a wormhole apparently, but I imagine it not as fast as one thinks). I ended up also changing the dimensions and turning it into a wallpaper. You can use it on desktops but it’s more suited for cellphones and tablets. 👌🏾 This one’s for you, my fellow Loki enthusiast. There’s also another version that gives me doom and destruction vibes.
