Nijikon aesthetics.

Nijikon, an abbreviated form of 「2次元コンプレックス」 (read: nijigen konpureksu) which literally means “two-dimensional complex,” refers to the state of a person who harbors romantic emotions and often sexual attractions towards two-dimensional characters in fictions. Common examples of the objects of affection are characters from anime, manga, games, novels, and even illustrations.

This is created with the image of a tall jar of parfait / shakes that holds too much and overflows—feelings that cannot be contained.

I had fun with the design this time, it was originally a sketch/draft on paper that I directly transfer to digital media, it’s been a LONG time since I use that technique as I’m 100% on digital these past years.
