@dealpartner : is there any media you’ve wanted insert ally in/crossover with, but haven’t gotten the chance?

sometimes it's usually just a simple thought of "how would ally interact with this certain character" but i never go any deeper than making a full on AU for them unless i can actually make something tangible.

but there are a lot of AUs i do have that i'd love to use, but just haven't really gotten the chance to because their fandoms rp wise are barren (h.alf-l.ife being a good example of this). it sucks a lot more when you write mainly OCs and most people do not care for them, so even if there are people who rp the fandom you want to participate in, good luck trying to fit in!

imagine spending 73000 or so years in a timeloop and when you get out of it everything you knew was kind of a lie so now you're sitting here mad as fuck that you have the equivalent of 3 TB worth of useless information in your brain you can't do anything with.

the mere mention of damon nearly makes them choke on their own breath. forget the awkwardness- the idea of him being rachel's father was so completely different from what they remembered from being trapped in that loop, that they're failing to even come up with the words to respond to her.

a bit of sputtering, almost dropping their bag of gummy candy that they had been snacking on for the past few minutes. but something finally clicks and ally is able to say.. something.

"sorry, i don't know why i even-" thumb & index finger rub against their temple, soothing the headache they could feel starting to form.

"i've been getting my memories mixed up, and.. considering how things are now, i was just curious, i guess?" should they even tell rachel what they know? would it really matter in the grand scheme of things?
