ALRIGHT. SO. i was really excited to play it and it DID live up to my expectations I WAS GIGGLING AND I WAS SO HAPPY THE WHOLE TIME

however....personally, just personally...i found leanders chapter boring kinda...i mean, easily overshadowed by the others' chapters, how can we compare seeing leander brand someone to LITERALLY SEEING MHIN TRANSFORM AND KURAS' TRUE FORM?? HELLO??

is that why leanders constantly begging mc to like him and whining about needing mc to like him is he insecure that hes not as awesome...leander pookie youre a very questionably aged mage, you practice magic with the grace of someone whos taken centuries to master it dont be insecure pookie, youre spot on my type to a concerning degree, ur story is just...slower paced

also the fact that the curse seems to transform monsters with a human form to monsters and vice versa and it stunns the soulless? THATS SO COOL WHAT THE HELL. dont tell leander hes not the only one we can touch anymore hell be very sad

kuras, i love angelic characters and i love doctors, so this is right up my alley!! i LOVED the angry expression and i felt so bad because WHY are we walking around in his clinic I FELT SO BAD but hes very very nice so its okay. i liked the fact that u cud help out at the clinic, u kinda get to see what kuras is like around other people which is. VASTLY different than how he is around the mc. AND THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM. the angel form. ARE YOU KIDDING ME IT IS SO PRETTY. i was awe struck and then the senobium lady just HAD to tell me 'dont trust him too much' AND SHES RIGHT BCZ WE BASICALY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HIM

ais...ais....hm. i am not the biggest fan of ais i cant lie, i love the banter and i love how he exudes this energy of a brat tamer to a degree but other than that not really into his character. however his chapter was STILL more interesting than leander and it makes me very very sad. i absolutely loved the eyes when ocedeus possessed him and his cgs were so so so cool too i love red and he is unfortunately red. what i dont rlly get is why mc was so scared when he pulled out the severed head....i would assume weve seen all kinds of stuff in that world...

now the man of the hour the ONE the ONLY leander. pookie i am so so sorry for placing you last. but compared to seeing a literal angel you pretty much low ball it. dont get me wrong i loved the fact he was so easy to crack, basically did nothing and he went 'look actually i dont have a cure i just need u to need me' okay...straight and to the point i like that in a man. i think i wasnt as suprised in his chapter because half of the stuff that happened i already had headcannoned for him, like him being a liar and putting up a front like okay yeah tell me something i dont know. I CANNOT WAIT FOR MORE LEANDER CONTENT BCZ IK THERES A SECRET I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT. also of course the traditional 'interrupted before the kiss' trope dont u love it

Just thought of an interesting idea about the Touchstarved mc's curse...

A redspring studio post states that basically it shatters a human's soul forever and can temporarily tame a Souless. We're not sure what it does to monsters, maybe it depends from species to species, perhaps it even depends on the person.

I think that only temporarily taming Souless is actually missing the opportunity to add more angst, what if it totally brings them clarity/lucidity over the fact their hurt people, over their very nature, forever?

It's even worse than being temporarily tamed. It's an animal gaining this unnatural understanding that their nature makes them cruel in the eyes of every other living creature. They'll stop feeding to avoid causing more pain. If they used to live in groups, they'll be cast out. Basically they'd be doomed to a lonely and slow death, probably by starvation?

Imagine your mc having to live knowing they did that too?? Saving themself would mean sacrificing the other every time. There's nothing they can't hurt by their touch. Peak.

This image of a quiet, looming Souless, slowly and aimlessly traversing the bogs for days, not reacting to anything, until they settle down and curl up, waiting for their end... Imagine someone finding them not knowing what happened to it, honestly it's even more scary to come across than your usual Souless. Probably less dangerous tho 🙂‍↕️

I usually don't do angst but this idea tickles my brain in the right way.
