Hello!

Well..First and foremost, welcome to the RP community! You're in for a ride xD

Second, well... If you consider playing pretend with your best friend in kindergarten, then I've being RPing basically my entire life. If you don't consider that, then I've been roleplaying...I dunno 5 years now (1 year on Tumblr)

Third, my blog has ALOT to it, but what's going on currently is a personification of my own inner demons. Nebula is basically a peice I took off of myself and gave a different backstory. Nova is basically her inner demon that's become more her alterego. As I said before, Nebula is basically me. Recently, my mental health hasnt been at its finest, so I chose to vent about it through my characters. Nova ended up growing in strength and basically overtaking Nebula and controlling her. Nova is a twisted alter whose only purpose is to cause Nebula pain. Now, if you scroll a ways into my blog, you'll notice Nova acts more tame. She acts this way because it's a trick to get on Nebulas friends goodside.

Annnnnd I'm pretty sure that's it!

For me, well... imagine you’re swimming, and you start to get too tired to swim. But there’s no land around, so you’re just trying to stay afloat. But the air is made of mist, so you can’t even get a good breath when you *do* reach the surface. Then you came along, and it was like bumping into an island.

So it feels like you're trapped, but you feel relaxed..?

*She holds her head*

For..For me it's like I'm trapped in a fog. The fog is insanely thick, however you can silhouettes moving around in it. You can't tell who they are or what they're doing..But I guess it means I'm still aware of what I'm doing. I remember I was half aware when I helped Nova drag Julia under. I saw the fear in her eyes and I attempted to sing the lullaby to counteract Novas control...It didn't succeed though..

*Her gaze falls and she holds back tears*

Well... your mind gets filled with fog and there's nothing much you can do. You see her as a friend. In my case, The Other used it to control me.
