SnK Crazy Theory 5 - Ymir’s revenge (?)

If you are not caught up with the manga be aware there will be spoilers below!

Chapter 131... wow... such a punch in the gut for someone like me who was all in for Eren’s genocide plan... but was it really his plan?

What crazy theory have I come up with now? Well... there was an specific panel that caught my attention in this chapter and I’m sure I’m not the only one wondering why Ymir Fritz appeared to Ramzi when he was about to get crushed by the colossal titan if this child is not a subject of Ymir...

Have any of you guys wondered why genocide was the only option for Eren? Zeke proposed to make all Eldians unable to have children, so if something like this is possible, if the power of the founding titan can change the biology of the SoY, wouldn’t it be another option to take away the ability to transform into titans?

Now, if we go back to chapter 122, Eren tells Ymir that she has been waiting for 2000 years for ‘someone’. I thought he meant someone that could save her, someone to set her free but now I’m thinking that she was waiting for someone to carry out her revenge too

Think about it, if we look back in her story she has more than enough reasons to want to wipe out all humanity from the face of earth.

Ymir was the original titan, all 9 shifting titans came from her power being split, so she had the power of the Attack Titan back then, she was capable of seeing the future. How do we know that she didn’t know about Eren and that at some point in history, the Rumbling was going to happen.

When Ymir appears we can’t see her face or her expression, why? Because it would be unsettling to know what she looks like while witnessing all the massacre

I’m not saying of course that Eren is not accountable for what’s happening and I’m not denying his part in this genocide but he said that the future can’t be changed, he even apologized to the kid for what he was going to do. He feels like he has no choice but to kill them all...

And another thing I find curious is that Eren is ‘sleeping’ as if he’s daydreaming or maybe he’s just trying not to look at what he’s doing... so why did Ymir appear in the reality to witness the death of Ramzi?

The worst part about the snk fandom right now, aside of obsessed shippers, is the fact that ppl seem to forget its fiction. You dont have to apply real-world rules to it. You dont have to agree with a character's actions in order to like that character, and you agreeing/sympathyzing with a character's actions in the story does not mean you would do so in the real world.

Stop policing and labeling ppl around and just enjoy the story for what it is, a story, and let others enjoy it the way they want. It takes zero effort I promise.
