RANKING THE SINNERS BASED ON WHICH WOULD BE THE BETTER LEADER.
For obvious reasons Dante is getting excluded.
1) Ishmael. The obvious choice. She's sane, mentally stable, well respected amongst her coworkers, and a decisive leader. The only good choice amongst the sinners
2) Faust. The second obvious choice, but that gap is LARGE. Faust could lead the sinners in battle, but she couldn't lead them to the restaurant. She's too emotionally distant. Following Faust's command feels like answering an email : professional, but deeply impersonal.
3) Heathcliff. The opposite as Faust. He could lead the sinners to a restaurant, but not into battle. He's emotionally intelligent, and actually has the skills needed to control the mood of his team. He'd be able to keep them cordiale and coordinate. I think that if he was like 20% more self confident he'd be genuinely a good leader because no one would question his decisions, but in the current state he's more like the most extroverted guy in the friend group.
4) Meursault. Meursault is efficient, decisive, and doesn't bother with bullshit. I feel like he's more personable than Faust (which is crazy because he's the most autistic man in the world) but might be too blunt for more delicate situations.
5) Sinclair : he's too young and inexperienced but give him 5 years and we can make a good leader out of him.
6) Yi Sang. Do I think Yi Sang is a particularly assertive or decisive person? No. Do I think he can communicate efficiently and in short notice? No. Do I think he would like or want to lead? No. But he's well liked by all of his coworkers, even the most neurotic, and that does a LOT.
7) Outis. She would hate being this low but like. Her leadership style is probably efficient but it also sucks and the sinners all know that. They wouldn't let her lead them because they don't trust she has their best interest at heart. That being said, if Outis had been APPOINTED manager from the start I think she could have done good, which is why she's still in the half of the list I wouldn't consider a complete catastrophe.
8) Rodion. If she locks in, I believe she can do very well. If she doesn't she's getting all of us arrested.
9) Gregor. Gregor is NOT made for leading. He doesn't know how. He doesn't want to. He's still a better choice than the rest of them because he would at least earnestly try and he does have basic common sense.
10) Don Quixote. Similar to Rodion, but much much worst, and much less likely to lock in. She might, tho, which is why she isn't last.
11) Hong Lu. Wouldn't even try. Bro is too detached. To unbothered. Heathcliff might murder him if he tries. Also he doesn't give me the vibe of someone who'd enjoy that kind of responsability. He, in fact, give me the vibe of someone who would gently float up into the clouds.
12) Ryoshu. Don't let her be in charge. I actually think the chance she turns all of the sinners into art is only about 20% but like. That's a 20% chance for your team leader to tpk.
