I have 187 works in six fandoms. I'm bleeding buckets here, cutting out hearts from my heart. But let's do this.

every day, we stray further (Wincest, ~14k, post-s15e19) I have reread this fic, more than once, purely for pleasure, the only such case in my seven years of non-stop writing. It’s a post-15x19 Christmas fic with a very light omegaverse flavor where Sam gently seduces Dean with little gestures over the course of 21 days. Writing it was like bathing in pure sunshine. It’s a little silly, very sweet, highly tender, and one of my happiest fics ever.

gladly, I await the knife (Wincest, ~14.5k, s15e20) I have not reread this fic. I don’t know if I’ll ever reread this fic. It’s a dense, thick, cutting exploration of Sam’s grief from Dean’s last death to Sam’s. Relief comes, but only in the last few sentences. It’s not my first finale-related fic, but it’s the one that has the most of my soul in it. I cried every writing session with this one. I studied first-person accounts of people who lost their loved ones and then twisted them to hurt even more. Everything in this story hurts, even porn. The last sentence is probably my favorite last sentence across all my fics. It certainly lets me breathe freer.

A Portrait of a Brother as a Hot Dude (Wincest, ~17k, post-s13e20) A total opposite to the previous one—fun and light, despite some gruesome deaths involved. But hey, that's just canon, right? There is a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment in s13e20 where Gabriel tells Sam, “Don't let anybody ever tell you you're just a pretty face,” after which we spend several long seconds watching Dean's reaction to it. That reaction is lodged in my brain like a steel plate keeping my skull together. So, I wrote a fic about it. It has obliviously pining Dean, a case with crimes against Greek mythology, and, of course, gay incest porn. It is, also, a love letter to Sam's face.

Peer Review (Kylux, ~20k, Academia AU) I have a Bachelor’s degree in English from a very obscure local university, which amounts to practically no education. My best friend, however, has a PhD in Gender Studies from a prestigious foreign university, and I live an academic life vicariously through them. I wrote this fic because I can’t apply for an actual degree for a number of reasons. It has a list of references with all the sources I used for the academic part of the conversations. This is my impossible dream in the form of fun, sparkling gay porn spiced with queer theory.

The Strange Case of Dr. Writer and Mr. Artist (Kylux, ~26k, Fandom AU) Before this fic, I wrote a canonverse fic where Kylo Ren writes a bad romance novel about Guylo Fireblade and Dirigible Hex, which leads to the rise of a Guylex fandom in the First Order. Then I wrote this modern AU where there exists a Guylex fandom with a Big Bang event. Hux is a moderator and Kylo tries to participate as both a writer and an artist but under different personas, intent on claiming his own fic. A lot of the story happens through Discord conversations. There are references to other fics, various fandom trivia, and general fannish practices. It’s my love letter to the Kylux fandom and yes, this is why my username is what it is.
