I had already lost 26 kg (55 lbs)! 10 kg to go until I reached my goal! 4 months difference, 95 kg to 69! Healthy eating and working out 5 days a week DETERMINATION <3
WOW!!!!!!!! Look at what focus and determination can do! :)
Progression : to date -20kg . #SelfMotivated , no trainers, no diets, just clean food, cardio & weight training 💪 20lbs to go . Summer 2013 belongs to those that work for it
Kind of interesting - this site has a tool where you select the size you think you are based on the photos of women, and then enter your measurements to see how it compares. I’m not sure it’s so accurate, I still see myself as bigger. In fact when I entered my guess I felt uncomfortable and thought maybe I should have guessed the next size up!
This tool may or may not be useful to you, but I think it gave me some perspective. I know one of the most important things I need to work on is loving myself!
I was 5% smaller than I think I am!
Wow! So eye opening! I was 7.5% smaller than I thought I was
Well it looks like someone (me) has to work a little on their body positivity. Like everyone else, I thought I was being ‘too nice’ to myself. Eye opener! #feelinglikeBeyonce
This is interesting. I did it and picked the third one and I was pretty confident I picked similar to what I am. I filled it out and it says Im closer to the first apparently. So I just showed my boyfriend the photos of the bodies and told him to pick which one looks closest to me and he said first and I told him I picked thd third and he said I don’t look like that at all and that third is much bigger than me. So maybe some of our perceptions about ourselves are really off.
I refuse to blur this mans name, because this is beautiful
I’ve got so much weight to lose

The first photo was taken at my heaviest weight in December 2011 and the second picture was taken at my lowest weight in January 2013. In the first picture I weighed 67kgs and in the second I weighed 57kgs. I changed my whole lifestyle around by exercising regularly, eating clean and keeping a positive mind set and I honestly couldn’t be happier!
CW: 58kgs
Height: 5’6
