What's destroyed here is just a building. The heart behind the school still flourishes, you can see it in the girls faces.

question for my anxiety fam

since i started the whole -we need to move out of this house—>search for apartments—>deal with the realtor—>move in while constantly traveling process like a month ago, ive been losing a lot of weight without much change in my diet (i started cutting out a lot of dairy...

When things settle you probably will too... Just quickly though, while you're using meds are you finding ways to deal with the anxiety not only for times like these but so you might maybe be able to eventually come of the meds i.e. Therapy, meditation and relaxation techniques, mindfulness and positive thinking... I know that when I'm busy these things sometimes get pushed to the side and then when I start feeling those spurts of anxiety come back I start to get back into doing some of these things (there my fall back). I haven't had to use meds in years because I use different techniques to control the anxiety and change my focus. I hope you're doing okay xo

Tagged by the fabulous as-soon-as-i-can-fly - sorry I'm late to the selfie party :/ 1. I was sick and I needed to study. I decided to go sit out in the sun and read as much as possible. After a while I fell asleep. It was grand. 2. With my newest nephew, Owen. Sweetest little boy <3 3. Me and my (at the time) 10 month old cat, Suki. She's my favourite. 4. All dolled up, filtered as well. Why not? 5. My boy and I dressed in the same jamis.
