Character Concept for my 3D Modeling class. The subject was “mythological creature”!

After much scribbling, I decided on a forest spirit!

“This young shaman apprentice has been wandering through the forest in search of their teacher, who disappeared the day before the final lesson.

In their neverending search, they have long since left behind their corporeal body, and have lost themself in the company of spirits on their journey.

Unbeknownst to them, the last and most important thing their beloved mentor wanted to teach them was to recognize the boundaries of human and spirit world, and to embrace their own mortality...”

Maybe a bit ambitious for my first Z-Brush project, but then again it’s probably gonna be all kinds of fun!

I played The Last Guardian recently and it’s so. friggin. CUTE.

SO, I was thinking, what if The Nest used to be filled with little trainers and their Tricos before? 

Like, each child gets a baby beast to train when reaching a certain age

They will then build a bond together and train everyday with their beast

As they grow up, they can watch their beast’s wings and horns grow

When they are old enough, they will learn to fly together with the beast

So imagine

IwaOi growing up together!

Oikawa being a stupid brat because his Beast’s wings grow fastest

Iwaizumi mastering The Eyeroll™ at 5 years old because his best friend is a dork

Meet the girl who spent more time trying different backgrounds than on the painting itself and then settling on black...

A (sorta) quick painting of Eleven from “Stranger things”. She’s my current favorite kid lead in tv series. (Although Jake from “Touch” is a close runner up. I might paint him as soon as I finish both seasons!)

Sooo I’ll finally start university in October! I’ll be studying Media Technology and Design with a focus on games, so I’m all hyped up for that! However, I’ll need about 750 € for security deposit which I’ll have to pay all at once + I don’t know yet how much money I’ll need for living expenses.
