01 – 02 | Beginner

03 – 04 | Adventurer
You can go out into the field and come back in one piece. You're not ready to train an inexperienced person yet, but you can be trusted to get the job done.
05 – 06 | Journeyman
You're the go-to when your superiors need someone to teach a newbie. You can manage a team on your own if you want.
07 – 08 | Master
In rural areas, you're the top dog. In a niche field, you're the one everyone talks about. You are big in your circles.
09 - 10 | Specialist
You're starting to be familiar even to folks who don't run in your circles. They might not know you on sight, but they'll feel like they should.
11 - 12 | Expert
You're a pro. You can handle the big needs, and there's not a lot you can't get for your field if you're determined. People see you and recognize you.
13 - 14 | Authority
Major players are familiar with your name, or your name will come up if your field comes up. Your name will certainly pop up in their "top xyz" list.
