“so uh-” Eddie sits down on a log across from Daryl. “pretty nice setup here”

Eddie gazes around Daryl’s camp which he stumbled upon while looking for mushrooms.

Daryl stares at him in silence slowly moving his hand towards the knife at his waist.

Eddie gazes at Daryl sensing his discomfort. He slowly reaches his hand out.

“Eddie, Eddie Muns-”

“The hell do you want?” Daryl cuts him off with a stern tone.

Eddie sighs and adjusts himself on the log.

“Listen man, the world’s gone to shit and I don’t have a place to stay and you seem like you know what you’re doing...”

“so what, you want a babysitter?” Daryl says with disgust.

“well a babysitter insists I have a guardian...if anything I want a companion”

Daryl stares at the young boy. Silence fills the air.

“leave.” he says flatly.

“yeahhh I didnt think this would go good anyway” Eddie says as he gets up.

Most people get upset that they stray so far from the comics but when it comes to Sebastian Milton I’m relieved. Of course rick isn’t around for him to shoot (like in the comics) so I’m so happy he didn’t kill anybody on his way out.
