izuku’s mental health post-war was skipped over sm it genuinely makes me so upset how we never truly got to see him GRIEVE/feel anything for his own personal losses

i know he loves being a teacher; it makes him happy and it’s definitely something he’s passionate about, but it’ll never be his DREAM. he had to feel the embers slowly fade, then watch his friends go on and move forward without him

he didn’t feel like he had the right to grieve OFA because he had gotten a glimpse of his dream, and it felt like more than he deserved. he even tried to comfort katsuki rather than confront his own emotions about losing it. he didn’t even let himself cry until he got the suit

i wish the epilogue focused more on his grief :(

Small summary of this comic-

After izuku was able to defeat the villain, all might tries to patch him up with what little first aid supplies they brought with them. Clearly it's not enough and izuku is still bleeding out. Its a long trek to the nearest town, but all might isn't about to let his son die on him. Eventually reaching a small clinic and receive medical attention. (Dad might not overreacting in the slightest)

I might make a comic of the first part as well, I kind of want to draw izuku fight with the blackwhip prosthetic
