☆ futuristic version of my muse
“I sing the body electric,
The armies of those I love engirth me and I engirth them,
They will not let me off till I go with them, respond to them,
And discorrupt them, and charge them full with the charge of the soul.” Shauntal recites the first verse of the poem to herself as she stares down at her latest creation. Well technically it wasn’t her creation, she herself didn’t create the form in front of her. But she had made little “edits” so to speak here and there and now it was complete. Or rather he was complete. Her very own living (so to speak) android. And to think people told her she was crazy for trying to see if a ghost could possess a robotic body.

Space, the final frontier. The idea of space travel still weirded Roark out despite it having been a part of the very fabric of humanity’s existence since who knows how long. However a job is a job and it’s how he kept food on the table. He was skilled in maintaining spaceships and knew how to work the inner mechanics better than most people. He sighed to himself, sitting back from his latest project on one of the engines and out of the window in front of him. Another ship passed them by, alien in technology. But at least there was another perk about these sort of jobs. Being able to study other planets and species outside of his homeworld.
“I wonder if wishing on a star works out here?”
