How to Grind

The #musicbiz has many expressions about the work ethic needed to survive let alone Thrive or even have a lifelong career in the music and general entertainment industry. Or brevity let's just call it the grindand I'm wondering if the music business schools have like a class if not like a whole curriculum based on this grind. An example of a grind I actually got a witness in my own house I have a young very, very active gamer and YouTuber in my house and I've watched this and listen to them to take a YouTube channel from 0 to over a thousand subscribers and they're only going into Middle School. And, it was because everyday talking to them offering them something showing them something grinding it out that this success, which is clearly a success (way to go kiddo) cuz our company @AltavozEntmt have recording artist with less sucess Recording artists, bands groups our only chohote that can look through the Looking-Glass and then reach into it; getting to fans and models of networking being explored need to do that as to gamify it. From this #dataofmusic we build that into all of this other stuff called The Grind. Now it's Unique for different genres for different areas of the business reaching through and talking to that fan and should be the number one thing and then we grind.
