I dug through my closet and found some Neopet sailor scouts. As you can see, I loved Neopets, Sailor Moon, and paper dolls as a kid. 

For fun’s sake, I redesigned them and made new paper dolls. Really like how they turned out.  I think I might repurpose into Sailor Moon or original magical girl ocs.
