Somedays it seems like all the pretty backgrounds are either NC or ridiculously expensive. After a quick trip through the NP buyable backgrounds on Jellyneo’s Item DB (search is here), I found nine that I thought were particularly nice options. All are buyable on the shop wizard, most for a very reasonable price.
