➛⋆˚࿔ notes : a lot of my hcs are ALSO influenced by @themonotonysyndrome so shoutout to them i eat their hcs up every time, some names here are also influenced by various media i consume. enjoy!

rhett ro’maeve and the queen -

has 5 children, ages range between late middle school to late high school -

- ronan ro'maeve

╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ 18 years old. absolute SPLITTING image of rhett, the queen's genes didn't even stand a chance in the looks department. running heir to the throne. runs a tight ship when it comes to all of his siblings. found out he was a water ascendent, just like their mother, early on in his life when he almost drowned. after this, he was immediately put under training under his mother for his water powers, and was also put into swimming classes. goes to a private school with jude, josefina, and alice— along with his younger brothers, caspian and titus. student body president, and his darkening eye bags show his efficiency.

╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ 17 years old. got almost all of her looks from her mother, the queen, except for her eyes. slightly a picky eater— she will eat almost anything BUT cilantro, it tastes like soap for her. has almost supernaturally accurate instincts and gut feelings. does whittling in her spare time and can replicate small animals to a certain degree of realism. can be blunt at times, but she means well and wants the best for everyone.

╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ both 15 years old. identical twins that resemble the queen more than the king. mischievous, loves it when people try and differentiate the two of them. titus is the more sensitive one of the two of them. both of them are the biggest handfuls for ronan and their parents. both have matching tattoos with each other on their inner ankles. as a child, caspian would crawl under the bed and stay there sulking when he was upset—his family still teases him about it to this day by using the nickname “bedbug”.

╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ 13 years old. youngest in the ro'maeve household. hates being called "annie" by anyone other than their mother. loves collecting sea shells. was a very sickly child. loves hunting and occasionally goes on hunts with rhett and the queen. had been caught as a child wearing the queen's crown and dress in order to imitate her mother. found out a week after her birthday that she was an earth ascendant when she was in an argument with titus and once she yelled at him, a small earthquake occurred. after this, she was immediately horrified at what she had done and felt incredibly guilty and is still not over it, despite what her parents and titus say. routinely goes to ronan and their mother for emotional support and advice as a newly presented ascendant.

castin hammer and the baroness -

has 2 children, specifically fraternal twins. both of them are only 7 months older than ronan -

╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ 19 years old. almost identical to castin save for his eyes and his smile, which he got from his mother. plays the piano beautifully and was taught by castin alone. avid theatre production enjoyer. reworks his father's old clothes into something more creative that he wears on the daily. head of photojournalism for his school's newspaper organization. stubborn and impulsive at times. #1 baggy jorts wearer, especially in the intacian summer. whittles small animals in his spare time. vowed not to go to the military but sometimes does give unsolicited tactical military advice through sticky notes and places it on the official papers castin views, tries to be discreet about it but castin 100% knows its him. castin has taken his advice every single time, and 9 times out of 10 good things happened.

╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ 19 years old. prefers to be called "josie" by close friends and her family. plays the guitar. collects vinyl records and has a whole crate of them already. also collects comic books in her spare time. vice president of the student body council and accompanies ronan to formal events, meetings, festivals, etc. huge enthusiast for romantic comedies and also secretly views her life as one. has her mother's love for books but is more geared towards biographies and autobiographies. prefers fencing and swordsmanship rather than archery. more fluent in the intacian language when compared to imperial english, but only to a small degree. this results in her using imperial english mixed with intacian words and phrases in regular, relaxed conversation with her family and friends.

dolion monroe -

had an unprotected one night stand and subsequently co-parents his son -

╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ 17 years old. big tech lover and has already made his own cyber deck. him and jude sometimes spar together and go wandering around the nearest forest to get away from all the noise. would also be the type to call jude "unc". solders rings and jewelry in his spare time. picked up playing the drums from dolion and uses it as a stress reliever.

rex cruxsus -

is married to a surprisingly patient and quiet imperial noble and had a daughter with her -

╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ 17 years old. similar to josie, she loves to be called "winnie" by her close friends and family. does pottery and has a whole room dedicated to pottery at her estate. loves fashion and is up to date with the latest fashion trends. was forced to teach eirian how to dance properly for formal events where both him and dolion are needed. absolute daddy's girl, and rex knows he will move mountains for his daughter. very similar to lottie from princess and the frog.

Her parents blaming themselves for not protecting her

Lorelai never gets told to her face. She sees Ava on the news

Search team breaking the news that, at this point, it’s more likely they’re looking for her body

Andrew and Devon having to bury an empty casket. The funeral they held was beautiful, Ava would’ve hated it

Going through her belongings and finding… unusual things. Burnt to a crisp, or covered in knife marks. Maybe a razor with purple blood, or a pair of broken glasses.

Devon having a gut feeling that Ava will come back, him having to be talked down from his delusions.

Lorelai not accepting Ava’s death. Her working as much as possible to find her.
