Dire Need of Help!!! Please Help!
So, I was praying and hoping I wouldn’t need to make another help post, but unfortunately, curveballs keep coming left and right.
Tl;dr: As many know, I recently traveled roughly 500 miles from Ohio to Virginia with only enough money to cover my bills for the month of March. Due to issues finding employment, along with my roommate being prone to sickness, the outlook is looking very… bad at this moment.
Two weeks ago exactly, I came to Virginia after traveling from Ohio, that entire trip took me about 500 miles, probably a little more. Before then, I was essentially homeless and couch surfing wherever I could find a friend willing to let me stay in their home. I had saved enough money to cover my essential bills (car, insurance, medical bills, student loan, phone, misc) and for the first two weeks of groceries. However, due to costs of needing repairs on my car to keep it in good enough shape to get my roommate to work, as well as any other trips needed- along with new medical bills, we are quite literally basically at zero.
I have been trying to find employment here, it’s only been two weeks, but I haven’t had a ton of luck and the interviews never go beyond just that. I have been applying to job, before, and even the day OF moving to Virginia despite being exhausted as fuck. And, like I said, so far I haven’t had any luck.
I’m doing my best in this aspect, but unlike in Ohio, I do NOT have the cushion of temporary work to cover my ass. I am, quite literally, being stripped of all control of this situation as of currently, and- honestly, it’s taking a really gnarly toll on me, mentally and physically.
My migraines have almost become a daily thing now, and I’ve been dealing with stomach pain recently diagnosed as GERD (3/12/19), along with other pains that are the direct result of stress.
My roommate is doing her best in this situation as well and started a new job recently, but however, she has a weak immune system and is prone to sickness and debilitating pain that, inevitably, takes her out of her. As of this time, she is the sole earner, but unfortunately, due to sickness, she is going to be missing a total of FOUR DAYS of work in order to rest and heal
This puts us in a very, very, very, very, V E R Y bad financial situation- and we’re not completely sure how we’re going to manage our bills at this point.
We both don’t really have anyone else we can lend the money from at present, leaving us scrambling. She is missing work because of illness, myself similarly, but I am struggling to FIND employment. I am doing what I can to find transcribing work, or just anything I can do myself.
At this point, we are sincerely just really needing help to cover whatever we can. Gas. Food. Prescriptions. Utilities. The larger bills are a tremendous concern as well, and while I do have MOST of my own things covered- I’m left with absolutely NOTHING left, and paying the bulk of my stuff at the beginning of April is not looking good.
If you are able to lend a hand at all, P L E A S E consider doing so! We are happily willing to show what those donations go towards, I can provide the summaries of the doctor visits as well. We are hoping that things won’t go awry with the company my roommate works for, and I’ll find employment within the next couple of weeks, but there just is NO GUARANTEE.

Honestly, ANYTHING WOULD BE HUGELY APPRECIATED AND GO A LONG WAY TO HELPING US WITH EVEN THE BARE ESSENTIALS!!!!
