Cinema Blend writes, "The film is a western that centers on a woman (Portman) who must defend her farm from a violent gang that has already left her husband full of bullet holes and close to death. Should Fassbender sign on, he'd play the protagonist's former lover whom she reluctantly calls upon for help."
Meet ABC's New Shows for Fall 2012 (with HD Video Trailers)
Cinema Blend writes, "Fassbender will play the title character of the game franchise, Desmond Miles, who learns that his ancestors were trained assassins only after he is kidnapped by a mysterious organization related to the Knights Templar. They strap him into a machine that allows him to project himself back into any of his previous ancestors, so that he winds up as as an assassin in the Holy Land during the Crusaders, or on a quest to avenge his family's death in Renaissance-era Italy. It's not a question of whether that kind of setup would work, but which historical adventure they'll pick for Fassbender on his first go-round."

The production names for some of the biggest films around..
Some films adopt a working or production title to keep inquisitive members of the public and press away during filming. Others simply haven't quite decided on a name when production begins. Whatever the reason, it's pretty common for very big films to shoot under an alias, which may be used right up until the cans of completed film are delivered to cinemas. Here, we've collected a few of the best and re-imagined their posters accordingly. Watch as Captain America sadly considered his frostbitten fingers, just imagine if Rory's First Kiss had really gone by that title, and contemplate the injustice of calling Keanu Reeves "burly"...
RETURNING SHOWS I'M EXCITED FOR #2
Season 3 premieres October 14
Based on one of the most successful and popular comic books of all time, written by Robert Kirkman, AMC’s The Walking Dead captures the ongoing human drama following a zombie apocalypse. The series follows a group of survivors, led by police officer Rick Grimes who are traveling in search of a safe and secure home.
RETURNING SHOWS I'M EXCITED FOR #1
The truth was uncovered, but not everything was revealed. Homeland Season 2 premieres September 30, 2012.
“Episode Three” demonstrates these expectations, transitioning from the events of last wee's premiere into the explosive cliffhanger that leads into next week’s conclusion. On some level, this is the basic strategy of the first half of a Strike Back two-parter: remind the viewer what’s happening, and then build to something blowing up at episode’s end. However, the “in between” of tonight’s episode— which, part one or not, is still an episode of television—also involves a lot of action, a brief investigation into a nomadic culture, the intersection of five competing factions, and the obligatory sex scene(s). The combined impact of these scenes might not dramatically alter the episode’s basic function as a preview for next week’s “part two,” but their collective impact helps turn the explosion at episode’s end into a legitimate cliffhanger as opposed to an obligatory one.
