For context: Connor has been feeling unstable lately, ever since his talk with hank on the bridge the night before. Confused about what is happening, Connor decides to aimlessly wander down the streets of Detroit, something he is not programmed to do, he encounters the citizens of Detroit and their everyday lives. Analyzing their human behavior, he seems to have a sudden epiphany and attempts to try human activities like buying clothes and eating cake.
