Double Oberheim 7

I created a test, of two GForce OB-Es and SEM, two DiscoDSP OB-Xd, and one GForce OB-X, acting as one additive, modular synthesiser. Not stochastic, as most of my experiments are. Instead, improvised live via MIDI keyboard input. I was experimenting with a simple, slow melody, typical of Bond movie sound tracks. So, two each of three Oberheim synthesisers, plus one, led to the title, Double Oberheim 7.

DO 7 After recording Double Oberheim 7, I noticed two errors created by keyboard input. Methods of click removal, or track repair in Audacity or Audacium, do not fix the problem. Either I try to perform and record the piece again, or I create a score as a MIDI file, and let it play the synthesiser VSTis. I chose to try a website that converts MP3 to MIDI. The long sweeping, deep sounds of the Oberheims, were interpreted by the MIDI conversion, as individual notes... a lot of them. The resulting score is a frantic solo that could evoke visions of an excessively caffeinated piano virtuoso. The rich textures of GForce Oberheims create a new piece of music, something, as a musician from an avante garde classical background, I would never have done, and is only made possible by GForce and Oberheim. I exported this score as PDF, and recorded its playback as a piano piece. I am considering the implications of publishing the score.
